Little Pippins Montessori Nursery School

This nursery is just brilliant. The staff are kind, knowledgeable, caring and experienced and they take the time to get to know every child and their family. You can tell that they really do want the best for every individual child. The location of the nursery is lovely- they use the outdoor facilities really well to enhance learning and allow the children to get that much-needed fresh air! I’m so glad I found this nursery and I am confident that my child is getting the best start socially, emotionally and academically to allow her to flourish in school and in the future.

Our daughter started at Baldersby Park at nine months old, and is still loving life there now at four! There are members of the team who have been there as long as she has and have seen her grow and change - they feel like family members who really want the best for her as much as we do. We love that her outgoing personality is being nurtured, she has made so many friends. They spend lots of time on activities she enjoys and exploring outside. The grounds are absolutely fantastic and a big reason why we chose this nursery - the woodland walks and school sound so much fun! Our little boy has now started at the nursery too - he is a very different personality but they have made just as much of an effort to help him settle in. It's interesting to see how their approaches differ for each child, which makes all the difference. He has food allergies which the staff are very vigilant about and have excellent policies to make sure he is safe. We're looking forward to seeing him develop there!

Our little boy has settled into Baldersby Park Nursery extremely well. It is great to see such a wide range of experiences on offer. His key worker nurtured him from day one, building a great relationship and also promoting independence and resilience. He is such a happy boy due to the hard work and nurturing support from the Baldersby Park team.

The obvious friendships between the staff have such a positive impact on the children, what's better than being around lovely people who are clearly having a great time? That positive energy is felt in the relaxed and fun way they interact with the children. My daughter often bursts out laughing on the way home about something that's happened. That is if she's not singing her head off to another song she learnt.

We feel so lucky to have our daughter at Baldersby Park. She started at 7.5 months, and we didn't even view another nursery after our tour. It's in the most beautiful setting with lots of safe, outdoor space and all the staff are truly, truly wonderful. So friendly and kind. We simply can't fault them. It's the most reassuring feeling knowing when we drop her off that she couldn't be in better hands and we get regular updates on the app. Thank you to the manager and the whole team!

My daughter has loved her time at Baldersby Park and is thriving. So much so that I enrolled my second baby before he was born! Five-star nursery. I can’t imagine sending my children anywhere else. Wonderful staff, wonderful surroundings.

Baldersby Park Montessori Nursery has been absolutely fantastic for my two children! The staff are warm and kind, the resources are lovely, and the setting is absolutely beautiful. I like that they promote independence by getting the children to pick their own snacks, serve their own drinks and choose activities to take part in. Activities build on the children's interests, and I love that most are open-ended where they provide materials or an idea and encourage them to create! They sneak in lots of opportunities to learn more formally, but my little ones don't realise because they are 'just playing'!

A fantastic nursery and team. The staff are very friendly and caring and led by a fantastic owner. Since our little one started, she has developed so much confidence and such interest to learn. The facilities are so engaging with new resources being developed all the time. Regular themes, including letting the children suggest themes. Since starting, the nursery has continued to improve through a new parent communication system as well as a simple notice board and handover updates. A great nursery, giving us the support we need as a family - they are our extended family!

I can not recommend the nursery enough, and we are lucky to have such a facility in a beautiful spot in our local area.

My son has been at Baldersby since he was 10-months-old and is now 3, and he absolutely loves it! He’s made some really good friends, and his social skills and vocabulary have come on faster than I ever imagined. He is very independent and able to express how he feels emotionally at a very young age. The staff are so welcoming to both parents and children. It's easy to address any queries or questions about my son’s day to day learning. I can't praise all the ladies enough for all their work with my son!

My child has attended since he was 9-months-old and we have been extremely pleased with how he has been cared for and supported in his overall development. The nursery team are fantastic - so supporting, caring and very approachable. I would highly recommend to any prospective parent.

My 2-year-old has been going to nursery for nearly 10-months, and she has come on leaps and bounds since the day she started at Baldersby. She wasn't used to being around other children or people due to Covid, but since starting has developed better social skills; her independence has grown massively, and she just loves going to nursery. The communication is fantastic with her key worker, and I love seeing all the photos and hearing about all the interesting activities she gets up to. The staff go above and beyond to make sure she is happy while at nursery and often goes on lovely woodland walks around the school grounds, which she loves!

Baldersby Park is an amazing nursery in a beautiful setting. My son has loved it since his first day due to the wonderful staff and lovely atmosphere. The staff care about each individual child, and they put every effort into ensuring the children are happy and having fun. They get to do activities including crafting and exploring outside from a really young age. We couldn’t be happier with the nursery.
