Hello, I am Amanda, the manager at Tenderlinks Nursery in Elstead. I have 27 years of nursery experience, including 20 years of management. I am NVQ and Montessori trained and have experience teaching and managing in private nurseries as well as in an independent school as Head of Years and Nursery manager, giving me a wealth of experience to ensure your child has a fantastic experience whilst in our care.

Hello, my name is Pascale and I am the preschool room leader and Third in Charge at Tenderlinks Day Nursery, Elstead. I have over 20 years experience of working in childcare, completed my Diploma in Nursery Nursing in 2000 and then furthering my professional development by gaining my Foundation Degree in Early Child Care and Education.

I have held a number of management roles in my 20 years but my heart has always been in the role of a preschool teacher as I love planning exciting activities for the children that create awe and wonder. I also enjoy getting stuck into any messy play and taking the children out to see the world around them such as to our local nature reserve.

In my spare time, I enjoy listening to music, going on long walks at the beach and socialising with my friends especially when we look for any hidden treasures in local charity shops for the children.

I am a Maliha Nursery practitioner at Tenderlinks Nursery in Elstead. I am doing an apprenticeship in childcare level 2. I live in Tilford ISLAMABAD community and look after the security cabin for ladies and children specifically as well as looking after house guests in our private community accommodation. I also arrange lots of classes with different ages of children in Islamabad.

I have been working with Tenderlinks Nursery Elstead for 2 years. I have gained lots of knowledge and skills and training in my role, my colleagues are very helpful. I love to work here.

Hello, my name is Lesley and I have worked at Tenderlinks for 2 years.

I am based in the toddler room which I love and find extremely rewarding. To watch the children grow and develop with their own little personalities & characteristics is definitely the best part of my job.

I enjoy organising natural activities based around the environment and the outdoors. I think physical activities are also very beneficial to the children's health & development.

I was born and raised in the village on our farm, hence my love of the great outdoors. I really enjoy walking and also running for fitness.

I have 2 grown-up children and we all enjoy spending time together as a family.

Hi, I’m Laura and I’m a practitioner at Tenderlinks and work within the baby room.

I have over 25 years of experience working in various roles in Nurseries and am NNEB and NVQ level 4 qualified.

I love working In the Early Years and watching children develop their own personalities and grow into independent, happy little people ready and prepared to start their school adventures!

I worked at Tenderlinks as a temporary staff and was lucky enough to be offered a full-time role and was thrilled to join the team as I had already seen their enthusiasm and passion for the Nursery.

In my spare time, I enjoy going to the theatre and concerts and never say no to tea and cake!
