Rising Stars Day Nursery Grove Hill

We have been delighted with Rising Stars. Our daughter is thriving at the nursery and absolutely loves it there. All of the staff are fantastic and genuinely care for the children. The activities are well-rounded and varied, keeping the children engaged. Honestly could not be happier with them.

I cannot recommend the nursery highly enough. All of the staff are approachable, kind and caring. They genuinely care for the children attending and my son is very happy here. The staff have based activities around his interests and are always able to talk about the day he has had. I greatly appreciate the daily feedback when I collect him and love seeing the photos of him on the app each evening. A great place through and through!

An absolutely amazing nursery. The staff are brilliant and always happy, friendly and welcoming. My son is doing so well there and is always happy to go in. The rooms are nice and clean with plenty of toys and things for the children to do.

The app is amazing also as you can track your child’s progress throughout the day and you also get photos.

My daughter moved to this nursery in March 2023 and I can not believe how settled she was so quickly! The staff go above and beyond at every opportunity. Every time I arrive at the nursery, the staff are so welcoming and accommodating. They may not have a direct garden, but they have a garden space they use and I love the fact they go on nature walks and my daughter loves this also. I really can't recommend this nursery highly enough. Well done to you all for such a lovely nursery.

My son started in February 2023 and he absolutely loves it there. It’s an amazing nursery, the staff are so lovely and friendly. I receive updates every day on what my son has been doing and eating. Would highly recommend.

Amazing nursery, they give amazing updates each day. It’s so reassuring to see pictures of your child and what they’ve been doing. One member of staff has been absolutely amazing he’s like a big brother to my son. Communication is very quick in responding. Brilliant nursery clean and tidy, food served is great and caters for all allergies or dietary requirements. Could not ask for a better nursery. Great job everyone.

My daughter has been going to this nursery since March and I am really happy with the progress she is making in herself. My little one was very very fussy with food and she would only want to eat the same things every day but just shy of 2 months she’s been eating all normal food which is amazing! Staff are also lovely and I love how they take the children on walks and their activities are educational and fun, including a lot of sensory activities. Highly highly recommend and they also accept funding too which is helpful to know.

My daughter has been at Rising Stars Grove Hill for 5 months now. She seems to be thriving physically and mentally month by month and walks straight into nursery every morning without a fuss. This tells me she loves going to nursery and feels safe and happy around all the staff and the other children. This gives me alot of confidence as I was very very nervous about leaving my baby at nursery because she had a seriously difficult start to life however, the staff have been so caring and diligent while allowing her to thrive massively. Absolutely love the nursery. My son started in September 2022 and he absolutely loves it, as do we. Staff are friendly and caring, there are lots of activities, and despite not having an attached garden space, they go out daily on walks or to the local community centre for outside play.

Even though they don't have outside space, they make the most of the park and walks which is lovely.

Both my daughters attend Rising Stars, my 4-year-old has since November 2021 and my soon-to-be 2-year-old since March 2022. The staff are brilliant, I receive detailed updates about their day, what they've been up to and pictures. The staff put so much effort into making the setting fun for the children too, for example, the Christmas carol concert, which I got to attend, and taking them on walks and playing in the garden. My 4-year-old looks forward to seeing her key worker and friends, she asks me each day if she's going to nursery today. Her speech has also improved a lot since attending. My youngest has also started picking up so many more words, she was quite a 'clingy' baby before nursery but now she's a lot more independent. They always come home happy!

The updates each day have also been fantastic and I couldn't recommend this place more.

My son previously went to a different nursery and was screaming and having a meltdown about going in. At Rising Stars, he goes in with ease and is so excited to play and see his friends. The staff are very kind and informative and I've never had any issues. It is a massive weight lifted off your shoulders when you are confident your child is being cared for and enjoying themselves when you are not with them!

My little boy loves going to nursery every day, all the staff are really friendly and he really has benefitted a lot since when he first joined. It's clear that the staff are dedicated in what they do and it's nice to know that my son is always loved and looked after. Highly recommend.

My daughter has been going to Rising Stars since March and I can tell that she loves it there. She is excited to go every morning. When I pick her up she is always happy. Plus she is always clean and neat. I have recently recommended the daycare to my neighbour as I am so comfortable there. The staff are amazing and always welcoming to talk to.
