The nursery comprises three rooms: babies, toddlers, and pre-schoolers. These rooms are designed to feel homely and comfortable, allowing the children to freely explore their surroundings. The layouts are thoughtfully arranged by the team, taking inspiration from the children’s interests.
The practitioners possess extensive knowledge of child development and continually expand their expertise by undertaking additional courses.
The focus is on the three prime areas of learning, alongside the other four areas, which are integrated into all activities and provocations that engage the children. Activities and learning experiences are centred around the children’s interests and are then extended to build on their knowledge and overall development.
The outdoor space reflects the same learning and activities as indoors. The baby garden is designed to support physical development, offering bikes and buggies for the children to use. It also features a mud kitchen for sensory play and a slide to encourage gross motor movement.
The other garden provides an outdoor seating area for pretend play, a mud kitchen equipped with tools for imaginative activities, and areas for developing fine motor skills, such as the sandpit and water tray. All equipment is carefully chosen to cater to the children’s ages and interests, using natural and holistic resources.
The amazing team of caring, compassionate practitioners creates a happy, exciting learning environment where children can thrive. The children genuinely enjoy their time at nursery and eagerly share their experiences with Mum and Dad.

As a first-time mum, sending my only two children to nursery was a huge step, but Little Explorers has been amazing. My son has grown so much over the last five months, and my daughter is slowly settling in so well too. The management have been so kind and patient, especially while helping me sort out the funding paperwork and payments when they first started. Most importantly, my children are always happy, safe and excited to go in when they see staff and their key workers for me that's most valuable thing of this nursery! Thank you for everything you do!

We are coming to the end of my daughter's journey at Little Explorers and we couldn't be happier! She started in the baby room at around 10 months old and has bloomed so much! She has enjoyed her time in all 3 rooms and the staff have all been incredible with her. Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming. The staff really take the time to get to know my daughter and make sure they are helping her with all her needs.
My son has been in the baby room now for about 6 months and loves it so much! He has picked up so many skills! It's so wonderful seeing all the activities he is doing in the photos they upload on the app.
We love all the events and activities the nursery puts on too! The care that goes in to these extras is so lovely and very much appreciated.

Little explorers nursery is warm, caring and a great place for children at any age. My son is been there since 9 months old, first in a baby's room. Moving and developing to the toddler room and now as a 3 and half year old attending the preschool. My child and me as a mom are beyond happy, loved and cared. The staff and management are fantastic. I highly recommend Little Explorer nursery for providing an excellent childcare!!

Little Explorers was a really good choice for my son. He didn't settled at a previous setting, but when he started Little Explorers he settled as the staff were welcoming and helping him cope with the new change and environment. As he got older he got more confident and it was no issue dropping him off. The staff worked hard with him with his development. I like that there was a quick recap of his day during pick up.
All in all Little Explorers was a good choice for my little boy.

My son has been attending Little Explorers for almost a year and I'm very pleased with both his experience and mine with this nursery. The staff are friendly and welcoming and I feel at ease when I drop him off. He's a bit hesitant when he walks in but at the end of the day when I come to pick him up, he always looks like he's had a great day.
I appreciate the handovers the staff give after each session on how his day went, and am confident he will get the support he needs to thrive when he moves up to preschool next month.

Little Explorers Nursery have always gone above and beyond for our child who has been attending the nursery since she was 23 months old. This was her second nursery and she didn't find it hard to adapt to her new environment. They have made her progression into the older room seamless.

Little Explorers Nursery have always gone above and beyond for our child who has been attending the nursery since she was 23 months old. This was her second nursery and she didn't find it hard to adapt to her new environment. They have made her progression into the older room seamless.
The communication between the nursery and parents is exceptional as our questions and queries are always answered swiftly and with care.
We are always kept in the loop with health risks, upcoming events and progress our child has made through the app or via email. All staff members are extremely friendly and provide welcoming environment for both children and parents.
Our child's key worker regularly updates us with observations and activities which gives us ideas on how to best adapt learning at home for our child.
We cannot stress enough how much our child loves attending the nursery each and every day. She always mentions how much fun she has with both staff members and peers.

One of the best decisions we made was putting our daughter into this nursery at 9 months. Although an emotional and stressful decision at the time, our daughter has learnt and grown so much from her days here. She is on the verge of moving from the baby room to the toddler room and she is so ready for it! Her baby room key worker has been a dedicated delight to interact with, taking such care of our daughter and incorporating all the things she loves into her days at the nursery. Her social skills and confidence have grown immensely in the last year. Additionally, the effort the team have taken to integrate her early into the toddler room to remove any potential stress for her has been so helpful for her (and us as parents who worry!). The key workers in this room go out of their way to make her feel safe and comfortable too. She absolutely loves going to nursery, having learnt to happily leave us in the mornings with no fuss/crying at all.
We are so happy we made this choice!
