Fledgelings Day Nursery (South Hornchurch)

Staff are very caring and friendly. It is like dropping my child off to extended family. Thank you Fledglings.

The only complaint I have is for the app. My child’s activity is not updated when they should be. For example, I can’t see any information about her toilet visits. The meal information is often updated late.

The app is fantastic for keeping me updated on what she's been eating, her naps and toileting, and we absolutely love the occasional observations we get with pictures showing us what she has been doing!

My little girl was a really shy 3-year-old when she started and with the correct support and encouragement, she is now a really confident 4-year-old. She loves coming to the nursery and seeing her friends and teachers as she knows she will have a fun day learning without realising she is actually learning! She eats so well when she is there and tries new foods that we wouldn't cook at home!

Certain staff members do a great job with our daughter (but all other staff have been too).

Cannot rate this nursery high enough. They have great resources and keep my little one occupied all day, which is no easy job! The staff are brilliant, always keeping us updated with both the app and end-of-day reports. Great safety measures in place and a very nurturing nursery. I can see the development and progress that my little one has already made in the short time from starting in September. I am very grateful for the care and attention they provide and makes the entire process of going back to work a lot easier.

Best nursery in Rainham! Polite and professional staff with correct measures in place to keep children safe. Loving approach towards children with plenty of well-thought-out activities and toys. More like a family rather than a school setting.

I am impressed with how informative and friendly the staff is, always keeping me updated on my son's progress and activities. Under their care, he has made significant progress in every aspect of his development, and I am grateful for the attention they've given him. It's bittersweet knowing that he'll soon be leaving. However, I can't help but feel reassured that they have prepared him exceptionally well for the next step in his transition to primary school. Thank you to the wonderful team at the nursery for making my son's time here truly special. I wholeheartedly recommend this nursery to any parent seeking a loving and enriching environment for their child's early education!

Amazing nursery! Constantly clean and well maintained. Staff are knowledgeable in early years and childcare. My son loved attending nursery and enjoyed it each and every day. Staff feedback was always clear and concise. Staff work hard and children are well looked after. If you are after halal food then this setting offers that. I would highly recommend a visit to this nursery.

As soon as we walked in we knew this nursery was the one! The staff are so welcoming and know all of the children by name even from different rooms. Very supportive for our daughter and family in turn. Always kept updated and great communication. Excellent menu choices too.

This is a fantastic Nursery and I could not speak highly enough of Fledgelings Day Nursery (South Hornchurch). All the staff are so friendly, polite and really have the children’s interests at the heart of what they do. The building and facilities are excellent, with the nursery constantly looking to always improve what they have to offer.

Our daughter has come a long way with her learning and behaviour. The staff are always happy and friendly and let parents know of all the exciting things going on, plus all the important development of my child. She will be sad to leave, but my youngest son will be joining them.

A fantastic nursery that I would recommend to any parents. My daughter has come so far and changed so much in the month she has been here. Attentive and caring staff, who always go the extra mile. Not to mention how incredible the facilities are too. Definitely a ten out of ten

Amazing nursery, have so much to give to the children. Wonderful setting, continue to bring new things in for the children to learn and our son’s development has gone so far with their help. They’re always introducing new learning like sign language. There’s also a wide range of different food and flavours for them to enjoy which is amazing.

My child (1-year-old) was really happy at this nursery, and it helped improve her learning and development well. The staff are really kind and always happy to answer questions. The communications through the use of the app are second to none. I really recommend Fledgelings as a nursery.

Absolutely outstanding nursery! I couldn't recommend them enough. The setting is clean and well-kept, the staff are fantastic and so supportive. My son has made positive improvements since starting earlier in the year. The garden is very spacious, with lots of toys and activities for them to explore.

We as parents are really pleased with the nursery. Our son has settled in well and is happy here. We like that the staff are caring, knowledgeable and friendly and each member in the room can tell me about his day including the manager. The handover in the morning and the end of the day is great and it is nice that parents are welcome inside the room to speak to staff. The outdoor area is developing but has lots for the children to do. Our son loves being outdoors so it would be great to see some more things outside. We love the app as we get to see great observations and are kept up to date with events at the nursery. It would also be great to see more activities such as library or park visits or workshops for children on rotation of days so all children are able to experience this. Overall the nursery is great and we would recommend it.

Amazing nursery beautiful setting the highest quality equipment is supplied. The outside space is so well thought out. The children's rooms are amazing with heated flooring for the winter and air conditioning for the summer. The staff are caring and compassionate would highly recommend.

My child was happy in the nursery once settled. He was socialising more and seemed happy. The staff are helpful and meets the need of the child. Facilities are good including an outdoor play area. The online app which they use for child updates is very good and they record everything.
