Fernbees Day Nursery

Fernbees is a wonderful nursery. From the first time my daughter and I went to have a look, we were impressed by the professional standard we saw. We were attracted by the contact the children have with the Fernlea residents, and we haven't been disappointed. My grandson comes home telling us when he has been to see the Grandbees and what they have been doing together. My grandson settled very quickly. The staff have always given a lovely welcome as we arrive. My grandson loves being outside, so it is great to see a lot of outside exploratory play going on, from water, to sand, to soil, to large play equipment. The staff have patiently taught him basic social skills, to share and sit still, and assisted in toilet training. His language has developed well, often coming home singing songs he has learnt. He comes home talking about themes they are covering and things he has learnt. The food nursery provide is healthy and of a good variety. We would highly recommend this nursery.

We're so grateful to have found a setting like this, where our daughter is not only learning and developing beautifully but is genuinely happy every single day. We can't recommend it highly enough!

We have been so impressed with Fernbees since our daughter joined here. She is only 2 years old but speaks so highly of her day. She can tell us all the names of her friends and the nursery workers. She has a fantastic connection with everyone here and we feel she is so safe in their care.

Our son has only been at Fernbees for a short while, and we all love the nursery, especially the staff! They have amazing, caring staff with a great outdoor area that our son absolutely loves! They have lots of fun activities regardless of the weather and that help support their learning and development. They also have a fantastic selection of balanced meals and snacks spread throughout the day. Overall an outstanding place. We can't recommend a better place to send your child!!

Fernbees is an excellent nursery. We knew from the moment we walked in and met the staff that this was the place we wanted to send our daughter. The staff are incredible and all obviously care so much about the children they work with, the environment they create and cleanliness of the nursery. The intergenerational work is amazing too and really helps with the social and emotional development of the children. My daughter has a huge smile on her face whenever she arrives. I couldn't recommend Fernbees enough.

My son has attended Fernbees for over 12 months. I can not recommend them enough! They are committed to each individual child and their families. They focus on all key aspects of development through play and routines. The team at Fernbees are great at their jobs, they create a friendly and open atmosphere that the children thrive in. My son loves it!

The experience that my granddaughter has had at Fernbees is second to none. The variety of activities and experiences provided as well as intergenerational opportunities are above and beyond any other setting. The staff a friendly and engaging and demonstrate a wealth of knowledge. The management team are approachable and will answer all questions promptly. My little boy started at Fernbees Nursery a few weeks ago and I am over the moon.

The environment is amazing for his learning and development, he does a large variety of activities over the day including lots of outdoor time and use of the interactive station The staff are so lovely and I can already see my little boy making lovely relationships with them all. The staff have all taken time to get to know him very well.

I can see already he is very happy and content. I look forward to what’s to come.
