Staff are warm, friendly, caring and clearly enjoy looking after the children. Our son has had a fantastic time, loves attending and has a great relationship with his peers and the nursery staff. They know the children well, know the curriculum and teach them early years skills in fun and entertaining ways. I have no hesitation in recommending the nursery to other parents. Children are safe, loved and happy.

We've been really impressed with the nursery. The staff are very caring and there are lots of varied activities each day. Our little one runs in each day happy to see everyone. The garden is great and the kids spend lots of time outside which we really appreciate.

Our daughter joined Pippa's House in March 2024 aged 11 months. The staff helped her to settle in quickly due to their friendliness and excellent level of care. Staff are professional and enthusiastic and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Activities are engaging and varied and our daughter loves her time at nursery.

My son started when he was 9 months old and settled in immediately. He loves coming to nursery and will always lean for a cuddle from all practitioners making drop-off super easy. The menu has a huge variety which has introduced my son to many new tastes and flavours whilst also meeting his dietary requirements. It's great to see photos daily to see what he has been doing throughout the day.

My son started at Pippa's House Nursery in June 2024, when he was 11 months old. He settled in very quickly and loves it there. The staff are amazing and have provided a fantastic caring and nurturing environment. They go above and beyond, always making time to go through any queries I have. The days are filled with lots of activities including arts and crafts, decorating food, sensory play and lots of outdoor activities. It's a joy watching how happy he is, always has a massive smile when I pick him up and how much he has learnt in such a short space of time.

Pippa's House Claygate is a welcoming, safe, and warm environment. The staff are helpful and very well informed. They take pride in their work, are nurturing, happy to help and accommodate any changes that are required to best meet our son's needs.

My daughter started at Pippa's House Nursery in March 2024 when she was 11 months old and I have been thoroughly impressed ever since. All of the staff are so welcoming and friendly and my daughter absolutely loves it there. There is great consistency of staff and they make a huge effort with the variety of activities on offer. Not only that, but most importantly, the care my daughter receives from the staff is absolutely second to none and I have every confidence that she is as well looked after there, as she is when she is at home with me. I couldn't recommend Pippa's House Claygate highly enough.

We're so pleased with how our daughter has settled in to nursery, from 10 months of age. She loves her days there and the team are so lovely with her. We appreciate all the efforts of crafts with the children and very much enjoyed all the Christmas crafts.

Our daughter has been going to Pippa's House Nursery in Claygate since July 2024. She's our first child and was 9 months old when we first sent her so we were naturally apprehensive about sending her to nursery. The team have been exceptional, it's felt like a real partnership and we've been able to work together and adapt things as they've been needed. I really felt like the team at Pippa's are truly invested in all of the children and I can't speak highly enough of them. They are actively engaged in our daughter's development and feel like she has come on so much since going. She also absolutely loves it!!

All the staff are amazing - so caring and friendly. Two of the ladies are so lovely and my grandchild loves being with them especially. The nursery offers a wonderful family caring safe environment which is so reassuring. Fantastic learning activities with a great outdoor space.

Our two children joined Pippa's House Claygate (in the under 2's and Pre-school rooms) following a house move in January this year and we couldn't have been happier on how they have both settled. The staff are all so caring and it is such a welcoming environment, there is always a friendly face at drop off. There is also great consistency in the team (which is not always the case from our experience of nursery settings). They put a lot of thought into activities and our eldest enjoys the extracurricular sports and our youngest Hartbeeps. Our son leaves for school in September and we feel they have supported him well in preparing for this transition. We always get a very thorough handover at the end of each day both in person and also through the app. They are flexible, and kind and keep the kids stimulated and active throughout the day.

The staff truly make a setting and the staff at Pippa’s are so kind, caring and very importantly... fun! We have two children at Pippa’s House and both absolutely love their days at nursery; full of fun, creative activities and all in a caring, nurturing environment. The staff here have often gone above and beyond for us. We couldn’t ask for more.

The nursery is flexible, supportive and always welcoming and accommodating which is reassuring when we work full time. Highly recommend!

It's also nice that Pippa's Claygate is part of a small chain of nurseries, so it feels like each child matters.

Pippa’s House has been an incredibly nurturing setting for my daughter. She loves the staff, her friends and the huge variety of activities they offer. She started at 16 months old when it first opened and is now in pre-school. She always tells me about her day with such enthusiasm and looks forward to showing her key worker what she’s been up to outside of the nursery. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing staff, so friendly, caring and just all-around lovely people. My little boy loves it at Pippa’s, he’s been there for a year and a bit now. He’s so happy when he’s there, the activities that they do are brilliant and they understand what he needs. Great range of snacks and meals each day. The outdoor space isn’t as big as other nurseries however the nursery has really utilised the space with great toys and activities. I can’t highly recommend them enough.

Our daughter has been at Pippa's for over a year and a half now. She's enjoyed every minute of it. The staff are very attentive to her needs. We are always kept up to date with her development and well-being. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

Our son has settled in nicely at Pippa’s in Claygate. He has really enjoyed all the arts and crafts, outdoor activities, and of course the weekly visits from the immersive sensory music classes. Plus their new food menu seems to be going down very well!
