We are delighted to introduce Alice as the Nursery Manager at Little Trees Christchurch. A qualified primary school teacher, Alice has always felt naturally drawn to teaching and values the role it plays in both her personal and professional development.

Alice joined Little Trees five years ago as bank staff, keen to build her knowledge and experience in early years education. During this time, she has worked across both the Lansdown and Christchurch settings, progressing from Early Years Educator to Deputy Manager, and now stepping into the role of Nursery Manager. Her journey reflects her dedication, commitment, and passion for growing within Dean Close Little Trees.

Supporting both children and staff is at the heart of Alice’s approach. Her natural desire to help others, combined with her strong leadership skills, enables her to create a positive and supportive environment for everyone in the nursery community. Read less
