Tops Day Nurseries: Topsie Yeovil Nursery

My son is happy here from the beginning. As he hadn't settled in another nursery I was a bit afraid of how this will go. But Topsie is the best nursery and I'll highly recommend it as a mother. They do lots of activities, learning and staff is absolutely amazing.

My daughter is so happy and very well cared for, all staff is so friendly, helpful and kind. There are so many activities that children enjoy every day. My daughter made so many friends and she has learnt lots of new things since she is attending this nursery. I highly recommend it.

My daughter has really grown and learnt a lot since she started in September 2023. She adores the staff and I love how they encourage her at her pace. I definitely feel Topsie Yeovil is perfect for my daughter, she has so much space with others to learn and grow. Thank you to everyone at Topsie Yeovil, they are all truly passionate and caring about nurturing young children.

Since starting at Topsie's my son has progressed massively in his development, especially his speech. The staff have supported him with his personal development with his potty training, and he can now confidentially do this. The facilities at Topsie's are always clean with exciting opportunities for the child to enjoy. The best decision we made was starting him at Topsies.

I'm really pleased with Topsie Yeovil and I especially love the outdoor space that they have. My son always enjoys going to preschool and the different activities that he does there, which gives me peace of mind. The staff are all very friendly and helpful whenever I have any questions. Also, I love receiving photos and observations on the app, showing me what my son is up to.

My fifth child is at this nursery and Topsie is the best preschool any of mine have been to. The staff are all lovely, my child settled in so well. My child loves the school!

Since we joined Topsie Yeovil, my son's independence has grown loads. He loves going to the nursery and seeing his friends. He is always as excited to go in as he is to tell me how his day was. The staff are all lovely and very helpful. We are very happy with the nursery and how much it's helped and how flexible it is. Thank you.

All the staff were very reassuring when settling my daughter into the nursery. She used to get upset when I left her but quickly settled in. She always comes out happy and seems to have had a very fun-filled day.

Really enjoy the app, as we see a lot of what she does through that. She always is really happy to go in and happy when we pick her up. Any issues with toilet training were helped greatly by preschool. They really listen to her and her needs which is massively important to her. She really loves all the staff and we, as parents, get a great vibe from there. My only complaint is admin is a nightmare to get hold of on the phone and when they say they will look into a day we want to send her in for us, they never call back.

I am very happy with Topsies. Our child seems very content and has made some lovely friends. The staff are helpful and friendly and there's lots for the children to take part in. As soon as our child got stung by a wasp, it was instantly reported and recorded. Best pre-school!

I was recommended Topsie's by a relative that's had all her 3 children there. She has always spoken very highly of the staff and placement. My 3-year-old has been there for a month and has made progress in various areas, with thanks to the team and other children. Such as finally pushing himself to peddle on bikes and other equipment, he's also doing much better with his lunch. He has made some great friendship bonds and looks forward to returning to each session. Very pleased with the staff and setting.

Such an amazing preschool. My girls love going and are always happy. The staff are so supportive and helpful in every way. I couldn't ask for a more beautiful school and staff.

I'm so pleased we moved our 2 children to Topsie Yeovil. My children have become very independent and engage with more children and communication and talking have improved. Both of my children love this nursery, especially the huge outdoor area, and the staff are just amazing. They treat you like a friend and not just a service provider. They have supported me and other parents through anything and everything. I have complete trust in their abilities and care and I will continue to use this nursery and recommend it to anyone. A really wonderful nursery that needs more recognition for what they do and provide, can't thank them enough.

Our older son used to go to this preschool when it used to be known as St Mary's. From our experience, the transition to it being Topsie's has been smooth and positive. Still a great space for young children, especially the outdoors. Still a great, caring and attentive staff team. My children get so excited about going, they don't even want to say goodbye. So reassuring as a parent.

My son is loving it at Topsie nursery. They work with him and through his extra learning as he is nonverbal at the moment.

My only criticism is that I would like more observations to be provided to help communicate her progress and what she has been up to.

I can't recommend Topsie enough - the staff are excellent. Great communication between staff and parents. My son loves going here and is always happy to attend. He has made a lovely bunch of friends and I know with the help and support from the staff, he will flourish and continue to be an independent, hardworking little boy. My son enjoys coming to Topsies, so much so he has a strop if I say we are not going today. The staff are excellent and consistent, I 100% trust them, my child has a few allergies and they always keep me in touch with what they are doing to make sure I am happy for him to join in or they make sure he joins in the activity up to when he can do. I feel his is 100% safe here and well looked after. He really has come out of his shell, he’s conquered potty training and now is in pants day and night, we couldn’t have done this without Topsies help. They have an award system and he loves getting the awards. The staff are really approachable, Harry has never hesitated going in, he hardly says bye as he’s so excited to be at Topsies. They are very much an extended family to us.

We are very pleased we chose Topsies nursery. The staff are excellent and our daughter has learnt so much since being there. She is happy and settled, and we always know she is being looked after. Would definitely recommend it.
