Cybertots at Acton Gardens is their fifth nursery opened in June 2021. Cybertots at Acton Gardens accommodates children from the age of 3 months to 5 years over 4 rooms which are dedicated to offering children every opportunity to enhance their physical development. Cybertots at Acton Gardens is unique in its layout and offering, with a full size climbing wall for preschoolers and mezzanine slides for toddlers and younger preschoolers. Their babies benefit from nursery gyms that encourage them to explore new movements at their own pace.

All rooms for children over the age of 2 benefit from direct access to the internal courtyard that has been designed to complement the EYFS and provide ample learning opportunities. They are dedicated to providing the best in nutrition (organic produce of the dirty dozen) which they think is integral to children’s current and potential physical growth and employing the best staff to ensure that children have every opportunity to thrive.

Cybertots at Acton Gardens joins their other four nurseries in being the village that raises their children. In this day and age where families are spread all over the globe, it is integral for children to have familiar friendly faces to complement the parenting they receive at home to support them in becoming confident and able individuals. Our experience with Cybertots in Acton Gardens is nothing but great since registering both our children in the baby and pre-school rooms in August.
Not only, the administration staff made our registration and on-boarding experience smooth, but the day to day care, learnings and building infrastructures
are top notch. Children are happy, smiling and running into the arms if the staff every morning. They are developing, learning new things and seem to enjoy a lot of diverse activities ever day.
We are regularly updated through the app, with photos every day. We are invited to regular events (Halloween, Christmas etc.) and there are load opportunities to discuss with the staff and other parents.
We have tried a few nurseries with our daughter and this has been the best by far.

Our son has been attending for 2 years and everyone from management to practitioners, have been professional, approachable and caring. Together they've created a positive and welcoming environment for both children and parents.
As parents, we appreciate the dedication of the practitioners-they create
a great learning environment for the children. We also get regular updates/photos on the app and a detailed update at pick up so we know exactly how our son's day has been.
The nursery is very organised and the communication from management team has always been efficient ensuring we are informed about our son's progress, upcoming events & other important information.
Our son has additional needs and we are very appreciative that the staff are doing everything they can to ensure he's supported and is included in activities.
The overall atmosphere is one of warmth and inclusivity. We're comfortable knowing our son is in great hands. Thank you to all the staff and management for everything!

I'm so happy that my daughter attends Cybertots at Acton Gardens. She loves the staff and always comes home beaming with joy. The external entertainers they bring in are a big highlight for her - she talks about them with so much excitement. Since starting at the nursery, she has grown tremendously,
not just in her learning but also in her social skills. It's been amazing to see her confidence blossom. The nursery's location is fantastic too, which makes the experience even better. We couldn't be more pleased with her progress and happiness!

Both my girls attend this amazing nursery; they love going and have settled in so quickly. Because of the supportive team both my girls are confident, happy and thriving. I can't thank the team enough - I feel very lucky to have found Cybertots Acton Gardens. My eldest learns Spanish, loves learning

We’re absolutely delighted with Cybertots. Our son is having the best time. He is in the baby room, where he has a range of fun and stimulating activities every day, as well as lots of free play time. He has learnt so many words, enjoys books, and benefits from the environment. The practitioners are
wonderful: very caring, alert and present. The food is great, the facilities excellent, and we couldn’t be happier. Communication with parents is also excellent and prompt.

Our baby boy has settled very well at the nursery, he enjoys and participates in all the very creative activities the staff prepare for the babies every week.

My daughter loves Cybertots at Acton Gardens, as do her parents. She learns a lot and has a great time whilst at nursery. The teachers are very kind and helpful and often inform me (mother) of details about my daughter’s times at nursery. The teachers are very good at keeping the children entertained
and are very careful/ kind in looking after them. I’m very impressed that my daughter also has Spanish lessons once a week!

My son has been attending Cybertots at Acton Gardens for over a year now and he is so happy there – it feels like a second home to him. All of the staff are so nurturing and supportive and they provide him with so much care, attention and positivity. I have always found the key workers to be very communicative

We have enrolled our son recently to this nursery and could not be happier.
The regular updates throughout the day, (nappy changes, feeding, activities, etc) and the live camera in the room are the best things to make us feel relaxed and see that our son is doing well and enjoying his time there.
The outside area for them to play is within the building which was another reason that made us choose this nursery as it felt more secure.
But when it comes to the team they are just wonderful and so accommodating. We leave our son being reassured that he will be properly looked after and feel loved there. With the experience we had until now we would choose this nursery over and over again. Thank you for being professional and caring! We appreciate you.

We couldn't be happier that our son is lucky enough to be part of Cybertots at Acton Gardens. The staff are extremely professional whilst very carrying and great fun. They provide healthy meals cooked on site every day. We get to use the app where we get updated on children's activities (with photos
uploaded daily), meals they have eaten and their sleep. The setting is modern, clean and very well-equipped. Thank you team for all your wonderful hard work!

My daughter has been attending Cybertots since February 2023. It’s a hard transition for both mum and baby after maternity leave, but the staff were so understanding and supportive of both parent and child. Management are great at responding to queries and sending updates. The teachers are magnificent
and she is so happy being in the setting and gets along with her peers. It makes my day at work seeing all the fun activities she’s involved in with the app and the staff or key worker letting me know more details about her involvement in activities when I pick her up. The snapshot update provided on a certain milestone children are working towards is very great, it helps me make sense what I can encourage for her to develop at home. She’s settled in so well, she practically runs in when I drop her off. We are very happy with the setting and look forward to our daughter progressing to the toddler room and beyond, as the facilities are so great for children’s development.

We are very pleased with this nursery for our son and he is very happy there. Staff are professional, friendly and seem to connect with the kids and the space is very airy and well designed for children.
Food is home-cooked and very healthy. We can watch all the activities taking place through the
CCTV camera in the room, which is very reassuring. Whenever we have had a query, staff have responded promptly.

We are very happy with our daughter's nursery, she loves it and we do too! We are always greeted with a friendly face. The management and teachers are fantastic. Very friendly and caring and the communication with them is great; always checking if we have any questions and we get a thorough update every
day.
The cameras are a good extra for when we miss the children, but we can also see how much care and devotion the teachers show to our children. They create fantastic and very creative activities every day, which our daughter enjoys very much and we do too when we see the pictures in the portal.

All the staff at Cybertots Acton gardens is friendly, approachable and very caring. They are always willing to answer any question and to help. They understand the need of children and their parents and make them feel understood and comfortable. The cameras are a great plus as I can check my son at
any time and I love to see him playing and having fun. The practitioners are very passionate and caring of children and my son is affectionate to all of them. They are smiling and friendly and update parents with all the activities, photos, and stories on the app and also in person. I also love that the nursery is brand new, it’s a big space and children can visit other rooms and play with children of different ages in the garden as well. I’m pretty happy and feel lucky that my son goes to the Cybertots at Acton gardens and I’m grateful to the practitioners for all the lovely work they do every day.
They really deserve a prize!

Our child thoroughly enjoys himself at Cybertots at Acton Gardens branch. Initially, we had some concerns as our little one was in a different nursery and had a difficult time to form attachments. Staff here made the transition very smooth sailing and within no time our child had built a strong relationship
with them and his peers. The key workers and all staff are very loving and warm towards the kids. They are always willing to hear us, while being patient, responding well to our requests and providing frequent feedback on our child's development and interests. Staff help our child in different developmental stages including transitioning from nappies to big boy pants. Food is always a variety, fresh and nutritious.
I must mention the admin staff who have been efficient, getting back to us in a timely manner whenever we make an enquiry and resolving any situation that arises amicably. 
We've never looked back since joining, it's an absolutely wonderful setup for our precious jewel.
