Cybertots at Acton Gardens

Not just because its spacious and modern facilities, the caring staff but also because of all the attention given to the details, from the organic freshly cooked food to the extensive classes and activities organised by the staff.

Our son came to Cybertots from another nursery and the impact that the change has had on him has been immense. The management team at Cybertots has worked with us to work through our sons' additional needs, his targets and researching/getting him the best possible care. Their support has been invaluable and his key contacts in the Toddler room have been excellent, giving us detailed updates at the end of the day and working with us. Additionally, the activities put on by nursery whether its Spanish or other specialised activities days, they have worked hard with my child to integrate him and for that, as a parent to a SEN child, I am very grateful. He loves the facilities and outside area and regularly tries to escape the room to play outside. All in all, I couldn't be more thankful for everything they do and would recommend Cybertots at Acton so highly!

Cybertots is an absolutely fantastic nursery. My son (3 and a half) and daughter (1) both attend full time and I honestly couldn't be happier. The staff are incredibly attentive and you get the impression that they actually love spending time with the children, which is lovely and heartwarming to see. The site itself is kept spotless. The facilities are great and they have "extra curricular" activities such as Spanish, Harpbeeps, football training and the amazing external provider to name but a few! I honestly couldn't recommend this nursery enough. 5 shining stars from me!!

We have tried a few nurseries with our daughter and this has been the best by far.

The overall atmosphere is one of warmth and inclusivity. We're comfortable knowing our son is in great hands. Thank you to all the staff and management for everything!

I'm so happy that my daughter attends Cybertots at Acton Gardens. She loves the staff and always comes home beaming with joy. The external entertainers they bring in are a big highlight for her - she talks about them with so much excitement. Since starting at the nursery, she has grown tremendously, not just in her learning but also in her social skills. It's been amazing to see her confidence blossom. The nursery's location is fantastic too, which makes the experience even better. We couldn't be more pleased with her progress and happiness!

Both my girls attend this amazing nursery; they love going and have settled in so quickly. Because of the supportive team both my girls are confident, happy and thriving. I can't thank the team enough - I feel very lucky to have found Cybertots Acton Gardens. My eldest learns Spanish, loves learning and has loads of friends. I can't recommend it enough.

We’re absolutely delighted with Cybertots. Our son is having the best time. He is in the baby room, where he has a range of fun and stimulating activities every day, as well as lots of free play time. He has learnt so many words, enjoys books, and benefits from the environment. The practitioners are wonderful: very caring, alert and present. The food is great, the facilities excellent, and we couldn’t be happier. Communication with parents is also excellent and prompt.

He loves Cybertots and he has many pals in there. We really recommend this place!

My daughter loves Cybertots at Acton Gardens, as do her parents. She learns a lot and has a great time whilst at nursery. The teachers are very kind and helpful and often inform me (mother) of details about my daughter’s times at nursery. The teachers are very good at keeping the children entertained and are very careful/ kind in looking after them. I’m very impressed that my daughter also has Spanish lessons once a week!

My child learnt so much since he attended the nursery He is so much more confident now and made lots of friends! Lots of lovely activities in toddler room and he loves his key person and the room leader in particular! He enjoys the outside space and messy play! Definitely recommended!

My son has been attending Cybertots at Acton Gardens for over a year now and he is so happy there – it feels like a second home to him. All of the staff are so nurturing and supportive and they provide him with so much care, attention and positivity. I have always found the key workers to be very communicative and the admin team are so efficient. I would highly recommend Cybertots Acton Gardens to anyone looking for a nursery in the area. I feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful and happy environment for my son.

But when it comes to the team they are just wonderful and so accommodating. We leave our son being reassured that he will be properly looked after and feel loved there. We couldn't be happier that our son is lucky enough to be part of Cybertots at Acton Gardens. The staff are extremely professional whilst very carrying and great fun. They provide healthy meals cooked on site every day. We get to use the app where we get updated on children's activities (with photos uploaded daily), meals they have eaten and their sleep. The setting is modern, clean and very well-equipped. Thank you team for all your wonderful hard work!

Excellent childcare, they really care about making my child's time there as positive, interactive and educational as possible. Children are treated with love and care the same way parents treat their own. Huge thanks for staff and management!! Thank you for taking the best care of the most precious thing in my life!

My daughter has been attending Cybertots since February 2023. It’s a hard transition for both mum and baby after maternity leave, but the staff were so understanding and supportive of both parent and child. Management are great at responding to queries and sending updates. The teachers are magnificent and she is so happy being in the setting and gets along with her peers. It makes my day at work seeing all the fun activities she’s involved in with the app and the staff or key worker letting me know more details about her involvement in activities when I pick her up. The snapshot update provided on a certain milestone children are working towards is very great, it helps me make sense what I can encourage for her to develop at home. She’s settled in so well, she practically runs in when I drop her off. We are very happy with the setting and look forward to our daughter progressing to the toddler room and beyond, as the facilities are so great for children’s development.

Food is home-cooked and very healthy. We can watch all the activities taking place through the CCTV camera in the room, which is very reassuring. Whenever we have had a query, staff have responded promptly.

The cameras are a good extra for when we miss the children, but we can also see how much care and devotion the teachers show to our children. They create fantastic and very creative activities every day, which our daughter enjoys very much and we do too when we see the pictures in the portal.

My nephew always talks about the nursery and the things he loves doing while being there.
