Cybertots at Acton Gardens

Both my children love the nursery, my older child left for school in September but still speaks about her time at Cybertots. My younger child is still there and she waltz's in everyday and comes out so happy. The staff are incredible, so nurturing and loving, Love that they are so flexible and always communicating about what is going on. It gives me great comfort knowing that my child is well looked after.

My child has now been at Cybertots Acton Gardens for six months and we are absolutely delighted with it! She was unhappy at her previous nursery after a number of changes, but now she has settled in here, she is truly flourishing. The staff are all fantastic - they are caring, attentive, and supportive, really letting her be herself - and I'm pretty sure she eats better there than I do at home! We love the easy access to outdoor space and the regular trips they organise, especially how thoughtfully they've recognised how much my daughter enjoys these and always make sure she can take part. We receive really helpful updates about her day, and any issues are handled with great care and support. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend this nursery.

Amazing nursery, our daughter has really blossomed there and we are so happy with it. Both baby and toddler rooms are great, nurturing, safe and fun for the children. The staff is the best and make the place the best it can be. I highly recommend it!

This is the best nursery if you want your child to be truly looked after with a wealth of extra curricular activities, such as learning Spanish, dancing, singing etc. We looked at all the nursery's in the area and this one just felt right. Our daughter is so happy here and has flourished from baby room to pre-school. Highly recommend!

Communication is absolutely top-notch, and the nursery itself is always well kept, clean, and welcoming. The staff are truly high-end professionals who give parents the peace of mind they need. I can't praise the nursery and their awesome staff enough. My daughter enjoys every single minute from the moment she arrives until the time I pick her up. The practitioners and the staff is so kind, so attentive and caring.. It is reassuring knowing your child is looked after with experience and love. Dedicated caring staff who have real passion to look after children. They helped develop my shy daughters' confidence, intrigue and ability to make friends. They provide regular updates via the app and keep us updated on development and make useful suggestions on what to do to help her grow. They always have time for us if we need to discuss something, welcome the opinion of parents, and conduct various events throughout the year to involve us.

Both our children are going to Cybertots at Acton Gardens and they couldn't be happier. They learned a lot and acquired so many important skills over the years. The nursery feels like home, we will be forever grateful for everything this nursery has done for us.

Excellent nursery - very clean, warm, and cozy! The staff really go above and beyond for the children and they all seem very excited to be there. Everything runs efficiently and seems very clean and organised. The food is also very nutritious and my child is well fed. Would highly recommend this nursery for an award :)

This is an excellent nursery. Amazing in every single aspect. Great facilities with many activities that help the child to learn and develop. Every member of the staff is excellent and everyone takes good care of the kids. Food is great and varied and the nursery can accommodate special requests. Hygiene is excellent. It's the cleanest nursery from all the ones we visited while we searched. Management is on top and all the processes and facilities are built to safeguard the well-being and development of every kid. Good value for money. We couldn't have found a better choice.

Both of my daughters go to Cybertots since about 9 months old and love it there. The staff is always caring and attentive and the girls are always happy to go to nursery in the morning. Lots of fun games and activities as well as outings. Management is also of a high standard - efficient responses to emails, always there to help and guide, very friendly and supportive. Very happy with our choice and could not have wished for better early years care for my kids.

The staff are incredibly nurturing and truly understand each child's individual needs. When our son started, they happily accommodated his two-nap routine, which made settling in so much easier. They're very attentive - even noticing that he struggled with naps simply because he had forgotten a comfort toy from home, which they quickly helped us resolve. The daily activities are amazing, with creative sensory play and exciting experiences, plus visits from external professionals like a dance teacher and Sensory team. Hygiene is excellent, and he is always kept clean and comfortable. We also love the community feel, with events for Easter, Halloween, Mother's Day, Father's Day and Christmas that help families connect. Our son is so happy here, and we feel genuinely supported

Caring and dedicated staff coupled with amazing new facilities and tailored activities make it an outstanding nursery. All their food is made at the nursery and the menus are changed every month which I am super happy with.

The food menu is balanced and adequate for the age in our baby room. Also they are very attentive with all the special needs of each baby.

The staff really goes above and beyond for the children to be happy and for the parents fo have peace of mind.

Also, babies are never left alone with ONE staff member and there are cameras in all the rooms (you can use the camera of your baby's room online!), which is something very reassuring.

We are really happy with Cybertots at Acton Gardens. The staff is caring and loving and come up with different activities everyday for the babies - indoors and outdoors weather permiting. My daughter loves going there and I can see on her face that she is very happy and excited at drop off. There's great communication about what happened during the day through the parents app and at pick up. I also enjoy being able to watch her through the camera during the day to see what she's up to. Overall an excellent experience.

We couldn't have picked a better nursery. It's a wonderful setting with outdoor space, the team is just amazing-so caring and dedicated. The meals are nourishing and varied, and the children enjoy fantastic extra activities like Spanish, dancing, and football. Most importantly, we truly felt that our son has been genuinely cared for and loved during his time here. Thank you!

An absolutely amazing nursery! All the staff are a delight and are very caring. There is so much for your children to do and our children look forward to going to nursery. The manager knows every single child and is always on hand to collaborate with your child and your family needs. I cannot recommend this nursery enough!

Cybertots at Acton Gardens is a blessing for us. Everything about the nursery is amazing- staff, space, food, extra classes, events. My 17 months old is very happy and always looking forward to her time at the nursery.

We also thought the events and activities organised for kids are excellent, including festive events. Lastly, communicating with the nursery has always been easy and they are extremely approachable. We highly recommend this nursery.
