Southover Preschool

My son has attended Soutover Pr-school since the age of 10 months and I have loved how much he is cared for and encouraged by the staff. He has progressed well since attending the nursery in all aspects - feeding, vocabulary and motor skills. I have no doubt this is down to the excellent care.

Southover Pre-School is a wonderful place. My daughter loved going there every day during the last three years. It is a welcoming, friendly nursery where children are loved and nurtured. Always willing to help and listen, accommodating and doing the best for the children. Lots of enrichment activities on a regular basis which were fantastic. I highly recommend Southover Pre-School.

We are very happy that our child attended Southover Pre-School. He enjoyed it very much. The facilities are great, he is very well looked after. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very happy with everything. Food is okay but I would prefer if it wouldn't be vegetarian.

My daughter loves going there, and the staff are just the best - super kind and caring. They even serve yummy food that keeps her energized for all the fun stuff they do. Plus, there's tons of space for her to play outside. The management's great too, they always keep us in the loop. Definitely recommend this nursery!

Southover Pre-school has been the best entry that my child could have had to the world of learning, play and friendships at a school environment. As a new mother who was looking for my first-born's first school setting, I was very nervous about starting my son's journey outside the home. I looked at tons of places, but nothing sat well with me. I was lucky to find Southover through an online search. Coming to Southover, all my fears were eased. The beautiful grounds, the wonderful staff member who took out time to get to know us and our child, and most of all, the amazing time my child has had. Never once has he said that he doesn't want to attend school. When I told him he will be moving to Reception in September, he said, "But I want to stay in the SAME school." The school has been paying attention to my child's literacy skills, outdoor playtime, drama, Spanish, storybooks, arts and crafts and baking, etc. I highly recommend this safe little haven for our precious little ones.

The children are given excellent care and they are encouraged to explore their interests and skills. The staff is very caring and the atmosphere is so child-friendly that it gets difficult to convince my grandson to stay at home on weekends! I would like to thank the staff for their kindness and care. I am very pleased that he is looked after by a loving team who have his well-being and safety at heart. Many thanks.

We have been very happy with how our son has enjoyed his time in Southover Pre-school before attending school this year. The staff have been very attentive and kind at all times and my son always has positive words to say about his day. My daughter joined Southover nursery last September, and she really enjoyed her time there. She loves drama and Spanish classes alongside lots of other activities they do every day. The staff are very kind, caring and friendly. I am very happy that we send our little one to this nurturing and safe place.

My daughter has been going to this nursery for the past year, and she absolutely loves her days there. From the minute she wakes up, she’s excited to go, and even after a whole day there, I have to literally bribe her to leave! The space feels very safe/homely, and the staff always exude such positive energy.

It has been the greatest joy to watch my little niece bask in the happiness that she gets from Southover nursery. Aside from offering a friendly and caring environment, Southover nursery is a place any parent, guardian or loved one can feel at ease when dropping off their little one for a fun-packed day of learning and growing. The staff here is incredibly perceptive to the needs of the child and his or her parent and are ever ready to customise their routine to help the child settle in. From the moment you schedule your first visit to the time you first drop your child in the care of Southover nursery, you're reassured that this is a safe space for both children and parents. We feel like our little princess is visiting her favourite grandparent and is sure to have the best day!

I’ve been sending my son to Southover for the last two years, and it's often difficult to get him to leave at the end of the day! The nursery is spacious and has plenty of green areas where he enjoys playing with the other children. The staff are kind, experienced and professional and look after all the children diligently. The activity schedule is fun and varied, and the food is to a high standard. Couldn’t recommend this nursery more.

My children have been attending Southover Pre-School since 2018 spring. They really like this pre-school and have learned a lot of things. There is a perfect space to play indoors and outdoors. Staff devised a way to set up playthings (toys) and study supplies, which are also very clean. They carry out various layouts so that children won't get bored! As a guardian/parent, I really trust Southover PreSchool and all of the staff. PS, my child who graduated from Southover Pre-School still talk about many memories with them!

Southover nursery is a very friendly and caring place. They did a very good job of settling in my little one. She just cried for a couple of days, and now she is super happy there, and every morning she asks to go to nursery since she wakes up. All staff the manager are very kind to kids and take good care of them.

I've visited many nurseries, some very fancy ones. A friend recommended Soutover Pre-Scholl, so I arranged a visit. What a special place to be. All of the staff were wonderful, caring and so supportive. I hadn't felt that welcoming and warm feeling in any other nursery. The outdoor space is beautiful. The settling in was quick, and the staff made it feel stress-free. I've got the feeling that my 16-month-old son is at his grandma's. Daily feedback is great; they really care about when the children are feeling well. As first-time parents, we feel so lucky to leave our precious son in such capable and warm hands!

My son really enjoyed the pre-school. Outside space is huge and well-maintained. The staff who looked after my son was very friendly and professional. I would like to ask to increase the frequency of updating the childcare portal and phone upload, so we can more understand what he's done. Currently, it's not always even dairy, which is below our expectations.

My son has been attending since he was 18-moths-old, and he absolutely loves going. Lots of activities, the food they offer is amazing, and my son learnt so much. The staff are professional, reliable and very flexible to our needs. Highly recommended!
