The nursery is well managed and all the staff are very professional and friendly.
My son goes to Arcadia at Easter Bush since we was 8 months old. And we never thought about changing it. He is enjoying there every second and we are very happy with the facilities too. The staff in all three rooms are very friendly and skilled. They know what the kids required at different phases of childhood. Educational and emotional both supports are given with care and love.
Communication from the staff regarding any possible issues is great, and support with potty training has been brilliant.
We appreciate your feedback, thankyou from all @ Arcadia Easterbush.
The food provided is consistently high quality and having the chef prepare the food lets the children see where the food comes from.
Our only criticism is that the 'learning journal' updates could be more regular as it would be nice to have more of a record of our child's development.
Many Thanks for taking time to leave us such a lovely review, we will be sure to take your feedback on board. From all @ Arcadia Easterbush.
We've used Arcadia for years and overall are very happy with the service they provide. Only points dropped in this review are for 1. High levels of temp staff 2. Cost has risen significantly recently.
We have had 2 children attend Arcadia and have been with the nursery since 2020. The staff are WONDERFUL and the setting of the purpose built facilities is second to none. Clean, welcoming and great outdoor space. My boys have been very happy here. When very minor issues have cropped up, they have been resolved with professionalism. Would highly recommend.
Easterbush Arcadia is a lovely nursery, the place is amazing, with lots of nature and the staff are approachable and supportive.
We have had both our children go through the nursery. The facilities are fantastic and the staff are amazing. Great effort is made to ensure the children are happy and engaged in activities. All staff are really professional and have a lot of expertise.
The nursery itself is extremely well equipped with an excellent outdoor space all staff are friendly and extremely patient with the children.
I was recommended Arcadia@Easter Bush by a friend and will continue to recommend to any new parents I meet, your child could not be in better hands.
We have had two children at Arcadia and have been delighted with the care and nurture they have received. The staff are so welcoming, friendly and warm. They set up activities each day for the kids, tailored to the children's interests at the time. They have seasonal activities too (walk to see the lambs, watching tadpoles hatch from their eggs, Christmas and Easter activities). The menu is healthy and varied and the children are encouraged to try new food. The setting is very well set out to encourage a healthy learning environment within which the children can grow.
Really happy with Arcadia. My wee one has settled in so well and they have been so accommodating and understanding about any dietary restrictions/nap schedules etc. The staff are all lovely, my wee one absolutely loves it. The outside space is fantastic too. I can't comment too much on learning as our wee one is in the baby/toddler room but we have definitely noticed his communication skills improving.
The meals for the kids are great.
The new garden is looking good and lots of activities for the kids .
My daughter has been at this nursery since August 2024. We really liked her previous nursery and were apprehensive about the move but Arcadia Easter Bush turned out to be so much better. The staff have been really welcoming and help my daughter transition to her new setting. The educational side of the nursery is very clear and evident in the rooms along with lots of opportunities to just play. The nursery often organises special events when parents/carers can come into the nursery e.g. Easter crafts, summer BBQ, teddy bears picnic. These are really special times. I would highly recommend this nursery to others.
The staff are always attentive and really look after my childs needs including helping him understand and manage his emotions. One particular strength of Arcadia Easter Bush is the selection and breadth of food. The diverse and healthy menu has encouraged my child to eat well and allowed me to plan food he will enjoy at home with less worry that he won't even try it.
One minor issue that is probably not worthy of deducting a star is even though the nursery encourages parents to come and join events notice can often be short. This can make it difficult to organise around work when my job does not provide 100% flexibility.
I know that she is being well cared for, having fun, and learning all whilst knowing she is safe.
Staff are always so attentive.
The food is great, fresh and healthy and always a good selection. My child always eats well there is always a varied diet and choice.
Overall a very clean nursery, with high standards, lovely staff and very good at getting parents involved. They hold regular catch-ups with parents and children.
However, there is a lack of flexibility (don't do half days) and sometimes a lack of awareness of parent needs, for example, arranging events/inviting parents and requiring children to go home at 4 pm.
From the moment you step in, the warm and welcoming environment creates a sense of security for both parents and children. The staff is very caring. The classrooms are bright, engaging, and filled with age-appropriate learning materials that encourage creativity and exploration. The outdoor play area is spacious and well-equipped. It allows children to develop their motor skills while enjoying fresh air. Communication with parents is very good, with regular updates on children's progress and activities. Overall, Arcadia @ Easter Bush provides a safe environment, making it an excellent choice for early childhood development.
Many thanks for your lovely review. We really appreciate you taking the time to leave us this feedback.
Very happy on the whole with Arcadia. All of our kids will attend and on the whole it's a fantastic place to send them. We like the learning and different activities they partake in. The staff are very attentive and take an interest in each child's development.
Thank you so much for taking time to leave us such a positive review.
I have been very impressed with Arcadia Nursery in the few months since my daughter joined. She has settled in very quickly due to the safe environment, friendliness of the staff and variety of activities she can be part of in a warm environment. The garden area has plenty of fun activities which the children are encouraged to use so it is great to know that time is split between outdoor and indoor activities. Any incidents are reported to parents efficiently online and documented to ensure transparency in the nursery which is reassuring for parents. Overall, I am very happy we chose Arcadia Easter Bush as our nursery and would highly recommend it to others.
Thank you for taking time to leave such a lovely review. We are glad your family has had such a positive experience.
They are very focused on my son's development and keep us updated with the work they do together.
In addition, we love how much the nursery I courses the parents with activities. For example, Christmas sing along and Valentine's breakfast.
We really appreciate your five star review! Thank you from all at Arcadia Easterbush.
