Trillium House Nursery School West Malling

The staff are always friendly and welcoming and my daughter is very happy here. Each week they have a different topic and the children are always learning new things. The layout and outside space is great and they make good use of it. There is always an opportunity to speak to staff if needed and each child’s needs are taken into consideration.

I couldn’t be happier with Trillium House Nursery West Malling. Apart from the educational and child’s development part, the overall well being of the children is of a very high standard. My soon to be 4-year-old-daughter is always happy to go to the nursery and meet her friends and teachers and always talks about them at home. I would like to thank everyone for taking such good care of my daughter.

I am overly impressed with Trillium House, West Malling. They have always kept us well informed on everything going on, everything is very organised and my little boy absolutely loves it. We have had no problems at all and all members of staff are approachable and professional.

My daughter has attended the nursery since September. I have overall, been very impressed and my daughter seems to be very happy attending on the days she goes. Staff are always welcoming and happy, communication is fantastic and it’s lovely how the children have a variety of activities to do. The one attribute that really stood out for me was the welcoming of the children each morning, everything is beautifully organised, not rushed and staff take the time to greet each child and give them a minute or two to organise their things and say goodbye to their parents and same again with pick up, it’s not rushed and parents are informed about their child’s day. This gives my daughter and myself a more personal experience with the nursery.

A really lovely setting where the children and what is best for them is really at the heart of this preschool. The staff work hard to develop the children to their potentials as well as encouraging them to be well rounded individuals with lovely values. There is good communication between parents and the staff who are always helpful and friendly.

Brilliant preschool with kind, caring staff. My son is very happy here and the staff really helped him to settle as he moved from a different preschool. Great choice of toys, activities and outside play area.

Trillium House is a positive experience for my daughter. She was clingy and shy on her first day and in a few short months has come out of her shell and continues to flourish. She asks to go every day and the staff are brilliant with both the children and parents,. The communication is excellent. I am so impressed with the activities she tells me she has undertaken and also with the parental updates and photos I receive each week of her days spent there. I feel totally at ease leaving her knowing she is in a happy and safe environment. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

We are so pleased that we moved our son to Trillium House in September 2022! Having attended another day nursery, we felt it was time to move him to more of a preschool setting to ready him for school, the following year. He has loved his time so far and we have seen such a huge impact on his all-round development! Seeing him make friendships with his peers, hearing him talk about his French lessons, share food he’s made in cookery and teach us signs that he has learnt is just so heartwarming. The staff at Trillium House are all so dedicated and kind, our son raves about them and has formed good relationships with all of his teachers and key workers. On the odd occasion that there have been any issues in the day, we have received thorough communication and problems have been resolved straight away! We would recommend Trillium House to any friends and family in a heartbeat.

My daughter has attended Trillium for 5 months. She attends 4 days a week and always goes in with a smile on her face! The manager and all the staff are warm and friendly and the setting is very welcoming with a safe enclosed outside area. Nothing is too much trouble and you are kept fully up to date with all progress through the parents' app. Her speech has come on so much since she started and she has made lovely little friendships. She gets to participate in a wide range of fun, educational activities. I would have no hesitation to recommend Trillium House and I feel so grateful I can drop her and go straight to work without feeling guilty, as I know she is happy and settled.

My daughter gets excited when she puts on the Trillium uniform every day - she plays as if reading what is showing and says “the best preschool ever” - every morning. It is noticed that there has been a big increase in our daughter's confidence, her knowledge - in fact, she always practices writing numbers, letters and colouring and she is progressing. The staff are so great and they are always lovely to talk to when dropping off or picking up and my daughter is always talking about them all separately. She recently got into tears when I put her green top for washing, saying one of the staff was wearing that colour tomorrow and wanted to wear the same. The yoga class is amazing - the picture and comments we get about it are really showing that it is helping the children to be calm and to follow instructions - so thankful for that. The app that is used is brilliant it allows me to have a real understanding of what goes on. Great picture and provides bits to do help to improve. Very thankful for that.

We love Trillium nursery school! My daughter is very happy there and I would 100% recommend it. She talks fondly of the staff and is making great progress. She has made great friends and brings home lots of lovely artwork to show. She particularly loves cooking and French!
