Both my children have attended Mansion House Nursery and have always enjoyed it there. Overall, we have always had a positive experience and my 3-year-old loves going. Most of the staff are caring and professional, however, there is always a very high turnaround with staff leaving or changing rooms.
This is a problem perhaps not specific to this particular nursery but to many of them and it would be nice to have it addressed, perhaps with appropriate retribution for the staff.

Our daughter has been going here for three months and she absolutely loves Mansion House Nursery. The staff are so friendly and caring, and the children do so many stimulating activities and spend plenty of time outside every day. It has been wonderful to see our daughter develop and flourish so much

My daughter very much looks forward to attending Mansion House every day, she speaks fondly of her friends and the adults in the setting and the routine helps her to feel secure and confident. As a parent I am always pleased with the time and effort that goes into activity planning in the rooms, I appreciate
the updates and photographs on the app. I believe the experience in preschool room has improved with recent staff changes, nursery management are responsive and my daughter feels settled and comfortable. I think it is positive that children are encouraged to do things for themselves at Mansion House and we’ve been trying to do more of this at home, even though it is sometimes met with resistance! We think our daughter received good support with her potty training and this came on quickly, and she is being encouraged to pursue her interests in drawing and crafts which is nice to see.

My husband and I absolutely love the Mansion House Nursery. Our son started there when he was about 5 months old and he loved it from the start. He's always smiling when I pick him up. I've been especially impressed with how they're helping with his weaning. It's the perfect place for him.

Mansion House is an excellent nursery! The staff are professional and caring. Our son loves being there and has developed so fast during his time at the nursery. The staff have been particularly helpful in establishing a napping routine for him and helping with his weaning. We are updated on his progress
each day with photos and moments, making it easier to be apart from him. I can’t recommend it enough.

My 3-year-old has ups and downs, but the nursery staff has been consistently wonderful regardless of what is going on. I feel fortunate to have a high level of trust and confidence in this nursery and its staff. They have taken feedback on board when we've given it, and the management seems genuinely

My 13 month old son has been going to Kids Planet Mansion House for 4 weeks now and I’m so happy with the way he has settled in. The staff are incredibly kind and caring, communication is impeccable. I went back to work full time and I really appreciate all the updates during the day. There is a great

We are very pleased with this nursery and our child loves it. We feel he is in a diverse, safe, friendly, interactive, and caring place. All staff are very professional and sweet, they make a loving environment. Usually, when picking my child up, another child gives him a hug or he stops to hug a nurse
and says goodbye. Once, he was sleeping in the arms of a nurse and, when I carefully took him, another child climbed on the nurse to take his place and cuddle her. Staff are the best, really helpful as well with first time parents. The meals are very varied, with lots of vegetables and fruit as finger food, and the communication with parents is excellent. We get lots of crafts, babies are always painting, cooking, celebrating different festivities, and learning about their surroundings and their friends. The only con is the small space to storage pushchairs, but that's not a priority for us.

My daughter, 9 months old, looks really happy to be here. All staff are friendly and keen to look after my child. At first, I was afraid that my child would not be able to stay here for the whole day due to her separation anxiety. However, after taking time to set up for a couple of weeks, she enjoyed
every activity provided by the Masion House nursery. I am so impressed with how the staff dealt with the children, very professional!

Most importantly my daughter loves going to the nursery. Their room is nice, bright, clean, and tidy, toys and books are organised and well displayed. All members of the staff are very nice, kind and helpful. The nursery has a calm and welcoming atmosphere.
I always get feedback on my daughter's day.
Interesting learning activities are organised for the kids every day.
Children's work is nicely displayed in the room.
Activities are well matched to the seasons, to the holidays, and to the interest of the children.
There is always enough staff in the room to meet the children's physical and emotional needs.
I'm grateful for their supportive and careful attitude which makes the nursery a wonderful place.

My daughter is very happy in her setting and it is a delight seeing what she has done in the day come out through her chatter and play at home. It is clear that she gets the exercise and stimulation she needs each day. The team have a good understanding of her interests and are genuinely proud of her
achievements and milestones. Most of the carers in my daughter's setting have a lot of childcare experience and I respect their expertise. There have been a number of times when I've been able to observe carer interactions with the children in my daughter's setting and I always see authentic playfulness, cuddles and fun. When I first considered the nursery, I was concerned that the play area would be too small for when my daughter got older. However, the nursery is set within grounds that allow the team to take my daughter and the other children for walks and there is a large grassy area that is used for running around and games. My daughter loves the meals.

Job Title: Nursery Manager Joined: 2012

I started working in 2012 as a nursery practitioner at one of our sister nurseries. While working there, I progressed my way to room leader. Whilst completing my BA Hons in Early Childhood Studies, I transferred over to Mansion House in 2018. When the nurseries were reopening after the COVID lockdown, I was seconded over to one of our sister nurseries to support, before returning to Mansion House, where I was promoted to Deputy Manager in June 2021.


In 2022, I welcomed my son.


In March 2024, I took on the maternity cover Manager role.


I am passionate about my role as I love to see the enjoyment of a child's face when they achieve a new skill.
