Jack Straws Lane is a lovely nursery! The staff are friendly, kind, and attentive to the children. They are creative with daily activities and good at keeping parents updated throughout the day. The nursery has a special focus on outdoor play and learning within an ample garden and forest space. I am continuously impressed at how experienced and thoughtful the Jack Straws Lane team are, and I'm so thrilled to have such trust in the people looking after my child.

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Jack Straws Lane nursery. Over the last 5-6 years with our two children. The staff are so kind, caring and attentive. They really get to know the children very well and individually. My children have so much fun it makes leaving them so much easier. They learn so much cooking, playing outside and in the woodlands JSL is pure joy.

Our daughter has had a wonderful experience at this nursery. The space is bright and spacious, with dedicated rooms and carers for each age group, creating a safe and well-structured environment. The outdoor area is large and has plenty of engaging indoor activities. I especially like the occasional guitar visits from a musician - such a lovely touch. Communication is excellent. The app is easy to use and provides regular updates, photos, and proactive development notes, which is very reassuring. The staff are warm, friendly and genuinely caring. The rooms are always clean and tidy, and the nursery organises seasonal events for parents and children, which help build a lovely community feel. Parking is a bit limited but usually manageable. Overall, we're extremely happy and feel our daughter is in very safe hands. Highly recommended.

We feel incredibly lucky to have secured a place at Jack Straws Lane for our little boy. The staff are wonderful - they have been so genuinely kind, caring and supportive throughout his first month of settling in. They have taken real care to ensure this important transition has been as smooth as possible for all of us. It's so reassuring to know that he is in such capable hands, enjoying fantastic facilities and taking part in fun, engaging activities every day. His smiles say it all and we are excited to see how he grows and develops here.

Jack Straw Lane has been such a welcoming nursery! The team are lovely, very attentive and have encouraged our child to grow in trust and confidence. The space is welcoming and the outdoor facilities are great.

I am very grateful to the staff for helping my daughter have a smooth transition into the toddler room. I am also very happy to see how she has become more sociable and enjoys playing and talking with the staff. It is wonderful to see her so comfortable and happy in this environment.

We are absolutely thrilled with this nursery. Our daughter has thrived here, and we feel very lucky she's had the chance to attend such a lovely setting. The staff are brilliant- warm, caring and genuinely invested in the children- and we've never had a single issue. The facilities are fantastic and the daily activities are thoughtfully planned offering rich learning opportunities through play. We especially love the time they spend in the woods, cooking over the fire, exploring nature and building all sorts of structures they thrive in their environment. We couldn't recommend this nursery enough.

This nursery is excellent on every aspect! My boy loves being there, sometimes its difficult to take him home. The staff are very caring, the activities are very engaging, and above all, the outdoor facilities and activities that are regularly carried out are outstanding. I'm looking forward to having my other one year old join soon. We love Jack Straws Lane and all the wonderful team that are the beating heart of this establishment.

We now have two children at JSL and we could not be happier with the nursery. Our children are happy and we know they are always receiving the highest levels of care. The staff are kind, engaging, caring and knowledgable, and the management are responsive and very pleasant to deal with. Overall, I can't recommend JSL enough.

Jack Straws Lane is the most wonderful nursery we could have hoped for for our son. He loves it here and they do such a good job of nurturing him. He's grown so much here and we are so lucky that he got a place here.

Jack Straws Lane Nursery is wonderful. We've been with JSL for 5 years (2 kids) and the staff are mostly the same which is a great sign of the place. Staff are caring and nurturing but also challenge the children to grow, develop and learn new skills. The kids spend a lot of time outside (rain or shine or snow) and go on little trips and outings. We couldn't be happier with JSL as the nursery for our children. We recommend JSL to all parents!

We are so pleased with this nursery. We have had 2 children go through the nursery and couldn't be happier. The staff are caring, creative, and professional. The children get to experience many different things and spend plenty of time outside. Would definitely recommend it.

We have had the most wonderful experience since our son joined Kids Planet Jack Straws Lane in August 2024. Our son has settled in so well and absolutely loves the staff especially his main carer. As a first time parent, I cannot describe the relief of leaving him with everyone in Jack Straws Lane, a home away from home. Developmentally, the staff have been so engaged with his progress and helped him progress. We couldn't be happier with our experience to date and feel very lucky to have a got a place here.

We love this nursery! Our son is so happy every morning when he walks through the door. The team are wonderful, and the atmosphere is cheerful and joyous. The team work very hard to organise fun activities and trips for the children. Our son needed special assistance with glue ear for a while, and the team have been very skilled at attending to him. It's the best nursery!
