A's Pre-School & Day Nursery

Staff are always kind and very attentive to the children and their needs. They keep the parents aware of everything relating to the child and they give a lot of information. The nursery holds many events to give parents the opportunity to get involved and to interact with other parents. We can see the difference this makes to everyone around. My child loves it at nursery, they have grown in confidence and are very happy.

My daughter has been going to A’s nursery for around 2 years and I am very pleased with her emotional and learning progress. She is always happy to go to nursery and very excited to tell me about her day. My daughter is an early reader and they have catered for this by doing phonics and providing higher-level reading books. A’s nursery is also willing to take ideas/opinions to improve their setting. The staff members are so attentive toward my child and the well-being area really helps with her emotions. During circle time, children are free to showcase their talents and my daughter loves this. A’s nursery provides a range of activities that stimulates my child. They send voice notes and pictures every day, which makes me feel so comfortable and happy that she’s enjoying nursery and new things. I’m very happy that my daughter goes to A’s nursery and would definitely recommend it as it’s such a warm, welcoming, and caring place.

My son absolutely loves coming to A’s Pre-School & Day Nursery, he has come along leaps and bounds and A’s Pre-School & Day Nursery has done an amazing job at getting him ready for the big leap up to reception. My son always comes home and surprises me with the new things he has learned. The staff have built an amazing bond with me and my son and I am dreading the day we have to leave. We love A’s Pre-School & Day Nursery.

Moving my child into A's Nursery was the best thing I ever did. I took my son out of his previous nursery at 2 years old as there was not any communication between the parents and nursery. I never received updates of what he was up to while at nursery, so when I moved him to A's he settled in immediately and I felt very comfortable about what he was doing during the day. I'd get daily sheets or I'd get his pictures or arts and craft to take home. I could also communicate with the nursery on WhatsApp, email and phone. They would also send me photos of what he was doing. All the small things add up to a great experience. I really feel the workers cared a lot for my son and he really enjoyed going there.

The nursery staff will regularly update parents on the activities the children get up to on a daily basis and send along pictures too which is always nice to receive.

Where can I start? A’s Nursery I think is the best decision we made to put my child in. My child has settled in very well and loves the nursery. This is all because of the wonderful staff and care that is given to the children. The girls in the room are great. I am very grateful to all the staff in the setting. The daily feedback sheets are great. It is always nice to see what he has been doing during the day. There is good communication between home and nursery, both written and verbal feedback being very useful. Communication is regular, immediate, effective, and professional; activities are varied and have really promoted my son's speech and understanding. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent/carer.
