Our son has been at the nursery for just over a year and has gone through the baby and toddler rooms and is now beginning his transition to the 2-3s. We have had a great experience with the nursery and have always felt like the staff really cared about our son and his development. We can tell he has fun and has made a real connection with the staff and other children. It's great that there is a good amount of free form fun as well as guided learning, including yoga and Spanish classes. We also like that he can spend plenty of time outdoors. We are very thankful to all the staff!

Our warm, friendly team are so supportive and attentive of each child's needs which is so crucial in both their mental wellbeing and the development of positive knowledge and important life skills. The wide variety of activities children enjoy, from messy play to watching in awe as caterpillars turn to butterflies, have been designed to stimulate their natural curiosity and engage them in learning.
The staff are all super friendly and welcoming. My daughter has been here for almost three months and loves it. The staff helped her settle in really quickly and made her feel safe. There's loads of activities to keep her stimulated and the little library and sensory rooms are a great addition....

There's loads of activities to keep her stimulated and the little library and sensory rooms are a great addition. Being able to play inside or out is perfect for our little explorer. We also love the menu, which is giving our daughter lots of new foods to try and they pride themselves on not giving sandwiches. The new manage has just introduced takeaway breakfasts for the parents/carers at drop off and a little book lending library where you can borrow books to take home. The class sizes are just right too. We are so happy to have chosen this nursery.

I recently had the pleasure of enrolling my two sons, aged 4 and 1, at The West Finchley Nursery, and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with the level of care and education provided by the staff. As a mother from Japan, I was particularly pleased with their parent coffee morning events, which cover a variety of helpful topics including toilet training and school preparation. These events have been truly instructive and helpful in guiding me through the challenges of parenthood. The staff at The West Finchley Preschool are kind, attentive, and genuinely care about the well-being of the children in their care. My eldest son, in particular, has been thriving under their guidance, and my youngest son is always happy and content when I pick him up.
