The school is very good at communicating with us about the girls’ learning. We are regularly updated via the app platform, and there is a constant dialogue between teacher and parents. There are lots of enriching activities with specialist teachers - our girls love their swimming, PE, IT and music lessons.
Most of all, I feel that the teachers are real experts, care deeply about the children in their care, and know the girls really, really well.

Pre-School Teacher Red Room
Having studied early years and education at East Anglia and Canterbury Christchurch universities, I have qualified teacher status and gained 29 years experience with children aged 2 to 11 years in both the state and private sector. During this time I have led Early Years, History, Phonics and Curriculum Development and been on a senior leadership team. I am currently training to be a Forest School Leader and have regular visits to our school woods.
The majority of my experience is with Early Years, where I trained and am passionate about speech and language, alongside phonics and mathematics. I value the outdoor environment and how this can enhance an overall child's wellbeing and personal growth. I believe that a happy child will learn, that emotional wellbeing is paramount and that by working with parents we can achieve and learn with our children and they can thrive and succeed.
I have a Health and Social Care Level 3 qualification. This spiked my interest in care and education and after much volunteering in early years settings led me to achieve a further Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification. following this I am currently studying my early Years practitioner status. Alongside this I am studying the Mental Health in Education qualification to support all those I work with. For over a decade I have fulfilled the roles of a Nanny and worked in educational establishments with children from 8 months to 16 years.
I believe that high quality Early Years provision is the basis of high quality education and am thrilled by the small steps in learning feeling enormous to our youngest children. My favourite part of any day is spent immersed in fabulous stories that capture their imagination and fuel their language and learning.
Miss Garcia is the teaching assistant in Red Class, working with our youngest pupils.
