We cannot recommend this nursery highly enough. As our son gets ready to leave for school, we have been reflecting on how lucky we have been to find such an incredible nursery. Every member of staff is kind, caring and genuinely invested in every child's happiness and development. From day one, they made us feel like part of the family.
His key worker was the perfect match for him, and we simply can't put into words how amazing she has been. The love, patience and encouragement she has shown have helped our son grow into a confident, happy little boy.
The range of activities is fantastic, especially Forest School, which was always the highlight of his week. Communication has been excellent throughout, and we've always felt informed and supported.

Leaving is incredibly emotional because this nursery has become a second home. We will miss everyone so much, and no thank you will ever feel enough. Thank you for giving our son the very best start in life.

My daughter started at Bardfield Montessori shortly after her first birthday. She was very shy, clingy, and found it difficult to be away from me, so starting nursery was a big step for both of us.
Now, at four years old, she is independent, confident, kind, respectful, and has truly flourished thanks to the incredible care, nurturing, and education she has received from everyone at Bardfield Montessori. The staff have created such a warm, supportive environment where she has felt safe to grow, learn, and thrive.
She has enjoyed fantastic resources, exciting trips on the minibus, and has made wonderful friendships that I'm sure she'll cherish. The nursery has always provided nutritious meals that she has loved, along with endless opportunities to explore, discover, and develop new skills every day.

Our son has been at Bardfield Montessori for over three years, and as he gets ready to start school, we're so grateful for everything his teachers have done for him. We've always trusted them completely, knowing our son was in safe and nurturing hands. The daily updates have been fantastic and have helped us feel connected to his day, seeing all the fun activities, learning, and special moments he's experienced. Our son has made new friendships, grown in confidence, and has loved coming to nursery. Thank you to everyone for giving him such a positive start to his learning journey. We'll always look back on his time here with fond memories and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery to other families.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at this nursery. From the very beginning, the staff have been incredibly caring, supportive, and welcoming. They have truly become like an extension of our family.
Our eldest daughter has thrived in the Montessori environment. The encouragement of independence, confidence, and curiosity has had such a positive impact on her development. It has been wonderful to watch her grow into such a capable and self-assured little girl, and we know the nursery has played a huge part in that journey.
The team genuinely cares about every child and takes the time to build strong relationships with both the children and their families. Knowing our daughter was happy, safe, and loved every day gave us complete peace of mind.

Our son has been here since he was 1, starting in the baby room. Emotions were high when I had to go back to work but the manager and her team made it so easy for us both to adjust to our new routines. They helped us to transition with settling in sessions and the staff are just so friendly and welcoming. Even though your child has a key worker, all the nursery staff take an active role in the development of your little one. You get regular updates throughout the day with pictures and details of the amazing food the children are eating - they will eat better than you! Activities are incredible for the children. My boy is now 2.5 years old and just loves going to nursery. He has his 'best friends' there and has such a great bond with them. If you want your child to experience the most amazing learning, nurturing and supportive environment, then Bardfield Montessori Day Nursery will encourage all of this. Well done to the manager and the team, we are so lucky for our son to be part of your wonderful nursery.

Overall Experience
I have been blown away by Bardfield Montessori and feel so lucky that it has opened. My one year old daughter started last week, so it's early days, but she has settled so well. The setting is beautiful, so homely inside with masses of outside space to explore. They have all wooden toys, and engaging activities for the children to try that help them develop in so many ways. The staff have been professional, kind and so welcoming to our daughter. She has been so happy, that we really had nothing to worry about. We have had no concerns on health and safety, and know everything is being done to keep staff and children safe.
They use an app to send photos and updates to reassure us parents (and make us jealous we're missing out on all the fun) which is so lovely to see.

I could not recommend Bardfield Montessori more, and know my daughter will have many happy years here.
