Our twins have had such a fantastic time at this nursery. The baby room team have created such a caring environment and really know our girls so well. The girls have loved the climbing frame and the messy play the most! I always have such a lovely welcome at pick up/drop off, has definitely made this
transition back to work much easier. Our contact with the accounts team has been great too, especially explaining the bit that I couldn’t get my head round! Thank you, everyone!

We are very disturbed by events that happened to my son at nursery today. He went in happy and well-rested this morning (14/02/2022). We were called around 11:30 am to collect saying he had a high temperature of 38.9 C.
Upon arriving within a couple of minutes I took his temperature at the reception
in front of the manager and it was 36.0 C. The manager, however, refused to accept this or test him again with the thermometer at the nursery.
I just cannot comprehend this as it seems to me to send a child away on false pretenses. Is this because Snapdragons are short-staffed?
We are very worried about the safety and well-being of our son during the time we send him to Snapdragons. It is very wrong to send him home for the wrong reasons to avoid having him back for the next 24 hours.

Our son is very happy at Snapdragon; he seems to have learnt so much at nursery. The staff turnover could be a little lower, but all of them are super friendly and helpful.
The app is good; we really appreciate seeing pictures and activities from the day.
The facilities are great, being a purpose-built
nursery and the 'vibe' is of a very contented place.
The price is perhaps higher than average for the area, but the extra is well worth it.
We have recommended Snapdragons to friends.

Since signing our daughter up to Snapdragons, she has absolutely thrived. She is so excited when we tell her it’s a nursery day and grabs her shoes ready to go. The staff are fantastic, very approachable and knowledgeable, and just amazing with the children. She cannot wait to get into the nursery and
give the staff hugs. Their app is a really great way to keep you informed of your child’s daily activities, and the nursery book always comes home with lots of information about what they’ve been up to throughout the day. Your child’s development is monitored and marked for your information, which we find incredibly useful. It feels like so much more than a normal nursery, and we feel very lucky to have our daughter at Snapdragons Nursery Cribbs Causeway.
