With a full Level 3 qualification and many years working across early years settings, Darlhing leads her team with warmth, confidence, and a strong understanding of toddlers’ unique developmental needs.

She creates a nurturing and stimulating environment where children are encouraged to explore, develop independence, and build confidence through play-based learning. Darlhing has a particular talent for supporting language development and social skills, using thoughtful planning and rich interactions to promote curiosity and a love of learning.

She is highly skilled in supporting children's early literacy, maths, and communication development through purposeful play and carefully planned activities.
