Flower Pots Day Nursery (Chesham)

Today is our daughter's last day at FlowerPots Nursery (Chesham), before starting school next week, having attended for the last 3 years, since the beginning of September 2021. She has always loved going to nursery - usually running down the High Street to get there before me - and making friends, particularly important since much of her first 18 months in this world were spent in Lockdowns, with limited opportunities to socialise outside of her immediate family. She has developed well during her time at Flower Pots, in her language, manners, and socialising and is very confident when meeting new people (whether other children, or adults). Although she has nut allergies, this has never been an issue as the Nursery has a strict No Nut policy. During her 3 years there, communication from the staffing team about what she has been doing and eating each day has always been excellent. Her time at Flower Pots has put her in a good position for the next big step in her life - starting school!

Today is our son’s last day at Flowerpots, and he started in Jan 2021. Flowerpots has been a fantastic nursery for our son, where he has flourished and developed. We have been on a journey with the staff at the nursery where we identified that our son needed extra support in some areas, and they have been so professional in helping us through this. He’s now ready for school as a fully rounded child thanks to the time and care from the staff at Flowerpots in Chesham. I highly recommend the nursery across all areas.

The food is always varied and the information on what he’s eaten or when he's slept etc really helps you judge what the child needs when you get them home!

I cannot recommend Flower Pots Nursery in Chesham enough! From the day I viewed this nursery I felt comfortable and happy leaving my daughter here. My daughter started at 14 months old, March 2022. The progress she has made with her confidence, communication, and mobility is all just outstanding. All of the staff make such a fuss when they see her which makes her feel special and excited to go into the nursery. She settled extremely quickly and by week 3 she has been running into the nursery and waving by to me.

The staff are fantastic some specific are amazing but so are all the staff. The education they provide my daughter is super she can now sing along to nursery rhymes such as wheels on the bus, answer questions with yes or no, complete simple puzzles and more. The activates provided are great always something different every day. They do lovely themed days for st Patricks day, Easter, book day, Jubilee etc. We are thrilled with the care, support and education our daughter receives.

We can’t recommend Flower Pots more highly. Our son settled without any issues and loves going to nursery. We were a little nervous about nursery for our son, as we didn’t want him to be a ‘number’ - we shouldn’t have had any concerns. The staff are friendly, personable and our son has formed great relationships with them and formed friendships with other children. The staff offer a professional and comprehensive care programme which we can follow, alongside the daily activities via a secure site. We’ve found it great to see where our son is developing and how nursery are supporting his development. The daily activities are varied and well planned. The nursery itself is very well equipped and they’re often adding new toys and equipment. Meals are prepared by a professional chef, and are excellent - they have catered for our son’s dietary needs with ease and he often has seconds! If you’re looking for a fantastic nursery in Chesham, we would highly recommend Flower Pots!

My son started going flower Pots Day and he loves going in, the food is amazing and the staff really care for him. As a mum it makes me happy to know that he is given the opportunity to develop holistically using the Early Years Foundation Stage method. I am happy and so is my son (2yrs 9mths)

The nursery is in a very convenient location.

A fantastic nursery. The staff are friendly and welcoming. My twins have settled in really well and have formed lovely relationships with the staff. Our babies love Flower Pots nursery and we have always felt completely reassured that they are well cared for.

First of all, the location is fantastic. It is near the tube station and very accessible. Secondly, the staff are amazing. This is our baby’s first nursery (and also my first experience). Without any issue, the baby settled in very nicely. They are professional, kind, warm and very open-minded. The facility is of a high standard too. Also a big plus. The way they set goals for the baby is very assuring too. We see great development already. Highly recommended.

I am extremely pleased with Flower Pots Day Nursery Chesham, and can’t thank them enough for the care they provide for my little boy. He was very shy and not used to a nursery setting but he is now growing in confidence each time he goes and loves the staff and is also making new friends and it’s wonderful to see. The staff are always helpful and kind and I feel completely at ease leaving him there to enjoy his time.
