Clair became our Area Manager in 2025 and has since brought an incredible level of support to both the team and families. With her extensive knowledge and experience, she is affectionately known as our “funding wizard,” providing invaluable guidance and support in this area. Clair supports multiple settings across the Finkley Group, sharing her expertise and helping to maintain high standards throughout. She holds a BA (Hons) in Childhood Studies and has over 20 years of experience in early years, making her a highly respected and trusted leader within the group.
Aleasia joined the nursery team in June 2025 and brings with her over 10 years of experience in childcare. During her career, she has successfully achieved her Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), demonstrating her strong knowledge, dedication, and commitment to high-quality early years practice. She is a positive and inspiring role model within the setting and consistently leads by example. Since joining the team, she has been a huge support in building the nursery, strengthening practice, and supporting staff development, helping to create a nurturing and high-quality environment for children, families, and staff alike.
Jess joined the nursery team in 2020 as an apprentice and, through her dedication and hard work, has progressed into her role as Deputy Manager. Her journey within the nursery reflects her strong commitment to early years practice and professional development. Jess brings fun, energy, and enthusiasm to the setting, creating a positive and engaging environment for both children and staff. She is passionate about supporting every child to receive the very best start in life and plays a key role in maintaining high-quality care, learning, and development throughout the nursery.
Laura joined the nursery team in 2020 and brings with her many years of experience in early years, including valuable experience as a nanny. She brings a wealth of knowledge, creativity, and enthusiasm to the setting and is particularly passionate about creative activities that inspire children’s imagination and learning. Laura’s warm and engaging approach helps to create a stimulating and nurturing environment where children feel supported and encouraged to explore, learn, and grow.
Faith joined the nursery team in 2022 after completing a student placement with us alongside her college studies. Since joining the team, she has shown strong commitment and determination, always striving to achieve the best outcomes for children. Through her hard work and dedication, Faith has progressed into her role as Room Lead. She is a reliable and supportive member of the team and plays an important role in supporting both children’s development and the wider staff team
Makereta joined the nursery team in 2022 and works within the baby room, where her soft, caring, and nurturing nature helps babies feel safe, secure, and well supported. She brings a wonderful balance of fun and excitement to the room while also creating a calm and soothing environment. Makereta’s gentle approach and positive energy make her a valued member of the team and an important part of the babies’ early experiences at the nursery.
Natalie joined the nursery team in 2022 and brings with her a wealth of experience from her time as a childminder. She brings loud fun and energy to the setting, always ensuring that children’s voices are heard and valued. Natalie is passionate about encouraging children’s imagination and helping them become excited and curious about the world around them, creating engaging and meaningful learning experiences for all.
