My name is Heather, and I am the Manager at Goole,
I started my journey with the company in February 2022 and became a deputy manager in April 2023 at our Bridgehead site. In February 2024, I transitioned to our Google site to become the manager. During my time in the company, I have the most experience within the Toddler room and enjoyed my time as their room leader.
The most rewarding part of my job is being able to experience a child’s growth and development as they progress through the setting, developing their milestones further. I love to watch as their own confidence grows and pride shines through.
