Happy Tree Academy has more than 25 years of experience in providing excellent childcare and education. The highly qualified and nurturing staff work closely with parents to ensure their child receives the support they need to develop in all areas and prepare them for their next step in life.

The nursery offers an ideal environment for children to learn through play and grow their physical, intellectual, emotional, social, sensory skills and abilities.

Children also benefit from an on-site forest school where they can explore and investigate the local woodland to build self-esteem and confidence.

The setting offers extracurricular activities: e.g. Monday - Yoga Mites, Tuesday - French, Wednesday - Lunge & Leap (Toddler fitness class), Thursday - Tiny Mites Music.

Very good, caring staff, very organized place. Very good learning structure. I am very happy with my choice of the first nursery for my son. Could be a little more flexible to accommodate the parents needs. Thank you all for your caring and lovely work with my son.

My children have been attending the nursery now for four months and I am overwhelmed by the staff's enthusiasm and dedication to their development and overall wellbeing. The staff plan and prepare fantastic activities across both classes and my children enjoy the nursery very much.
It is a blessing
to have found a nursery where I feel so comfortable to leave my children.

My daughter has been at Happy Tree Academy since just after her first birthday. She is our 3rd child so we have had experiences of other nurseries and I can say, with confidence, that Happy Tree ticks all of the boxes. The nursery is well run, the staff are really on the ball with all of the small details
and nothing seems too much trouble for them. I wholeheartedly recommend this nursery and we thank them for the excellent care they provide for our daughter.

A really lucky find that felt leagues above all the other nurseries we looked at. We had to start settling-in sessions during lockdown (when my boy was almost a year old), which always felt welcoming but safe. He’s been at Happy Tree for 6 months now and has come on leaps and bounds. He really seems
to enjoy his time there - enjoying playing, painting, doing crafts, singing, reading books and other activities (indoor and out!). The app means we know what he’s been up to and can see photos from his day, which was a big contributor to us choosing this nursery. Our son also has a food allergy which has been catered for with absolutely no fuss- the staff are knowledgeable and experienced with this.

My daughter has been at Happy Tree Academy for 3 years and really enjoys herself in the safe, caring and fun environment. She has developed well following the Early Years Foundation Stage. The staff keep us well informed each day in person and through the Blossom app. They have handled the Covid pandemic
with real sensitivity so that the children have not become worried about this. We have signed our baby son up to join the nursery next year.
