RGS Dodderhill Nursery

I cannot rate Dodderhill Nursery more highly, to say that the Nursery is outstanding would be an understatement

Cannot fault Dodderhill. The staff are all really genuinely nice people who are amazing at their jobs and really care for the children. The updates are detailed and give a clear indication of what they’ve been up to. It’s also nice to see photos of the children doing the activities. The days seem well structured, planned and varied. The management of the nursery is completely different to my sons previous nursery and the difference is like night and day.

I am so pleased with RGS Dodderhill Nursery and I am so happy to have chosen this nursery for my child. The staff are of the utmost professionalism and at the same time so kind and caring. It is a real reassurance knowing my child's care is in their hands. It is a highly child-focused nursery so feedback given to me is always very personal to my child, which I am highly appreciative of. The only improvement I would suggest is that it would be great to receive arts and crafts sent home with the little ones so we can visually see what they have been up to and as little memories of their time there! I cannot recommend RGS Dodderhill Nursery enough!

From my perspective all aspects of the nursery settings are fantastic other than the choice of food for my little one. There is no doubt in my mind that the food is nutritious and varied however I’d like options that are more suitable for a two year old. In my opinion gammon isn’t something that I’d expect a two year old to consume however this is subjective and I understand others do.

Our son moved to RGS Dodderhill having had a bad experience at his previous Nursery. They have been outstanding, they made him feel very welcome from the very first day and he just loves attending. The team are amazing, they are always there to welcome you with a smile in the morning, and the end of day feedback is honest. (I like to know that my son isn't perfect) Very pleased.

I’ve previously had worries about the mixed age group and whether this would hold back my son, but has in fact done the opposite. He shows kindness and compassion to younger children when outside of the nursery.

The nursery is a lovely, positive, nurturing environment. It has fantastic equipment and facilities as well as benefitting from the extra facilities afforded to them by the school. The staff are second to none. They go above and beyond and genuinely care for the children. My son is so happy, settled and content at nursery. I would not hesitate to recommend this nursery to anyone.

My son has been attending RGS Dodderhill nursery for the past year. From day one I saw my son thrive and start to engage with adults and other children. It is a fantastic nursery providing many opportunities for the children. The main nursery room is bright and well-organised, providing excellent fun experiences both socially and academically, which prepare children for school. The staff are phenomenal, the care they provide and the constant interaction and adaptation of activities to the children’s needs is second to none. It is extremely child-focused. As the nursery is set within RGS Dodderhill school, the children have access to a forest school, sports hall and grounds. Additionally, being part of RGS Worcester family of schools there is strong, supportive management.

Excellent learning environment, with a wide range of resources. The staff are caring and have good relationships with the children and carers. I would have no hesitation in recommending this nursery.
