Fountain Montessori Nursery & Pre-School - Colindale

Our daughter has been attending Foundation Montessori Nido for 3months and we are pleased to hear she has settled in well and is expressing her character with the support from her teachers and piers. The nursery setting, culture and values meets our expectations and is a place where we feel our daughter is valued and listened to. She has the opportunity to build her confidence and explore at her own pace. Her days are filled with various activities and play. We receive regular updates which is very assuring. The staff are all very bubbly, warming and love the children. The nursery is now a special place for our daughter!

We're really happy with everything at the nursery. The staff are so caring and supportive, and it's clear they genuinely care about the children. We've seen such great progression in our son, socially and in his development. He's always excited to go in, and staff always say he's had a good day. We're very grateful for the nurturing and engaging environment they've created.

Quite a Good experience overall. The homework is a good initiative even for babies and toddlers. My son enjoys going to nursery, and the team is helpful. My son specifically likes the ladies in the cub team.

Our son really settled well with the staff, we felt confident trusting the nido staff with our son. They provided detailed updates daily on his development and achievements. It felt like our son had built relationships with the team.

Friendly and professional staff who are always willing to help share tips and push the development of the child. Good facilities for children to learn through play and they host interactive sessions for the parents to also be involved. Highly recommended!

My daughter has been at the nursery for 2 month so far and we can see she has developed and is trying to be more independent. The staff are all friendly and keep me updated on how my daughter is getting on.

I found the meeting very useful to get an update on how my daughter is progressing at nursery. Hearing about her achievements and next few months goals. I would like to thank the whole team at the nursery for everything they do.

My husband and I went through several nurseries before we settled in Fountain Montessori Colindale. The first impression to us was that the nursery is clean and tidy and the staff are well trained. Also, it is the first time for us to understand the wills and ideas about Montessori Education. I was impressed and agreed with the respectful of children's wills. My daughter feels safe and enjoys her time at school. I have seen her progress and happiness after going to nursery. I feel thankful to all the practitioners and caretakers they treated my daughter very nicely and swarm I hope all the staff can work happily and I recommend this nursery to other parents.

So far we are happy with the standards of care provided; our baby seems to have bonded well with the staff. He is usually happy when we pick him up. I noted he is well-fed and has frequent nappy changes - he is rarely hungry when we get home and never has any nappy rashes (this indicates good care). The place is clean and we feel welcomed. I can see some changes since our baby started nursery, especially in the social aspect and being more confident when exploring. I would suggest a review of the nap times for the smaller babies - 1 scheduled nap a day is a big push (most babies under 12-14 months need 2 naps a day). We like the variety of the menus - considering it's a vegetarian school. Children are offered nutritious meals and snacks. Overall we are very happy with the nursery!

Fountain has proved to be a great stepping stone for our little one to start her nursery experience where she has become a confident and independent toddler. Fountain were very flexible from the outset to tailor the experience to suit our requirements which helped set them apart. The settling in experience was smooth and carers have been personable and genuinely interested in our child. As a result, she now enjoys going to the Montessori!

Our daughter has been attending Fountain Montessori Colindale for over a year now and she enjoys it so much! She has learned so many new things that she wouldn't have learned at home. English is not our native language so we are impressed when our child sings nursery rhymes that we don't even know! The teachers have always great activities for the children and look after them with care and attention.

Good, caring staff in the babies group and the pre-school group. Fantastic teaching techniques and material. My daughter is always very happy to attend and always leaves with a smile. The meals provided are all very healthy and there is a global menu. Overall a good nursery.

My son has been attending this nursery since March 2021. Since he's joined I have seen such great improvement and I cannot express my gratitude to the Colindale team enough, they've been extremely patient, helpful and supportive not only towards my son but also towards me and helping my son with his early development even at home by giving us tips and tricks to help improve at home as well.

His communication and socialising skills grew which allowed for his confidence to build. I saw a great improvement in terms of his speech and letting people around him know exactly what he needs and how he can be helped which I think is amazing. I must also include all children at the Colindale branch who are so polite and always taught manners and its a delight to hear my son being so respectful and always remembering to say please and thank you. He's always looking forward to attending nursery and has such a sweet and strong bond with his teachers which makes me extremely comfortable and thankful.

My daughter has been attending this Nursery since January 2021 and it has been an excellent environment to assist in her early development. The staff have always been friendly, patient, enthusiastic and helpful in what I can imagine can be a challenging environment. My daughter looks forward to attending and has formed a good bond with a member of staff. I really couldn't ask for anything more and very comfortable with my daughter being there.

Professional and friendly staff, a good environment for kids to learn. Seen loads of improvement in my kid’s relationship with others. I will highly recommend it to parents and I love the Montessori method of teaching.
