Burslem Kindergarten

My little girl started at this nursery when she was 1, and is 4 at the end of the year. Every single room she's progressed into has been just as amazing as the one before. All the staff are so nurturing, kind and love the children like their own. My little one comes home and mimics the teachers of her current room, by pretending her toys are the children and seeing how soft, caring and fun she is with them and the activities she plays out at home shows what she gets up too in her preschool setting. It's heartwarming to know we are leaving our whole world in their very capable hands and they are all helping to shape her into the little girl that she is. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery to anyone. Thank you all at Burslem Kindergarten for all you do for my girl. We knew this was the right nursery the first day we came to visit and still to this day know it's the perfect place for our daughter to start her nursery/preschool journey. Xx

When i first thought of sending my son to a nursery i was very hesitant, my first child who was like velcro to me. He started off very emotional but the staff and management were amazing with him and myself he's now blossoming into a beautiful independent little man. I couldn't be any happier i love getting updates of his day in person and online this was definitely the best decision. 1000% recommend to all of my friends and family!!

I really could not speak any higher of Burslem kindergarten, our boy started before he turned 1 years old, he's 3 now and still attends now. His development and progress has been second to none since starting, he loves all the staff and the staff will always without a doubt go above and beyond for him. The activities they do are amazing and are inclusive of all children, I always recommend this nursery to anyone that asks.

From the very beginning, the staff welcomed us with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Leaving your child in someone else's hands is never easy, especially in those early months, but Burslem made that transition incredibly smooth. We were constantly reassured by how attentive, nurturing, and communicative the team was-and still is. Every caregiver and educator there treats our son like one of their own, and that level of personal care is something truly special.

My son loves it there he always is happy when he has to nursery but loves playing with his friends.Bit I noticed something different about him he is speaking proper sentences now he is saying he did and is using his words properly.

We have sent both of our children to Burslem Kindergarten and can't fault the care they've received. We recommend the nursery to everyone and feel so happy we chose it for our kids early years education.

An absolutely amazing nursery! My 14 month old loves coming and I feel confident that she will be cared for well every day. The app keeps me reassured and I like that I am kept up to date with my daughter's learning and wellbeing.

Absolutely amazing nursery! The staff do everything & more everyday. Nothing is too much for them - each member is amazing & our little one loves coming to nursery & has developed at such a fast pace!

The staff really do give the children all the love and support and education they need.

No point in choosing this nursery. The staff were generally good and kind to our child. We felt welcome. Until the first contact with the owner, we realised that the owner was an incompetent person. She did not like us the parents to question about my child's health and safety issues. She found that was offensive to her. Then she asked us to meet and insulted us since walking in. She talked aggressively and kept pointing to us with her special finger. She did not allow us to talk. She shouted and ordered me not to look at my husband - absolutely shocking! We are not your servants! You can imagine how she treated the kids as a nursery director in the nursery. She still owes us the pre-payment deposit of £156.

Would highly recommend this nursery. My twins have been going here for around a year and have come on in leaps and bounds. Their increase in confidence and abilities/knowledge has been amazing! As a parent who suffers with extreme anxiety, I feel confident leaving them here knowing they will be safe and cared for. The staff are lovely and super friendly and will always go the extra mile to help when necessary too. If you're looking for a local nursery, I'd highly recommend! My boys will surely miss their friends and teachers come September, but I'm certain they've made memories to last them a lifetime.

Absolutely amazing nursery my little boy is 2 years old and has never been away from me or his dad, he loves getting up and going to see everyone. The staff and management go above and beyond to help, provide and care for my little boy whilst he is in their care. I highly recommend this nursery and the team to anyone who is a bit nervous about letting their little one grow up.

My twin sons came to Burslem Kindergarten 6 months ago. Both have additional needs and we were struggling to find somewhere they would settle. The manager and the staff here are absolutely amazing! The boys settled very quickly and got excited to come to nursery every day. The progress they made is massive, and have just left to go to school. I really can’t recommend this nursery enough and will definitely be back with my new baby when she is ready for nursery.
