Early Learners Sutton, based in St. Helens, offers children the opportunity to learn, play and develop in a secure, happy environment.

The nursery was awarded a ‘Good’ rating in all areas at its most recent Ofsted inspection (March 2022).

The nursery is open 7am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, 52 weeks of the year (excluding bank holidays). Parents can choose from half-day and full-day sessions. 15 and 30 hours funding is accepted and spread across the year.

I honestly couldn't ask for better staff at the nursery. When my daughter started she was very shy but now she is comfortable with all the staff in her room. They make sure she's happy and settled every day. When we were out of routine they picked up on it that she wasn't herself and messaged me.
I
love the fact they do so many activities and let us parents know what they have been doing during the day, also adds photos too! Which I love seeing how happy she is. Couldn't ask for better staff for my daughter to be safe with.

Great staff and a lovely clean and friendly environment. Our daughter has come on leaps and bounds and is always excited to be going to nursery every day. Her progress is always documented well and the staff go out of their way to ensure they get the 121 care.

Early Learners was like a breathe of fresh air after moving from another nursery, the support we have received has been amazing, the staff and management have been very supportive and great with our many queries.
When we drop him off/pick him up all the staff we see say good morning/good bye to him
by name which is amazing (I have two kids and often forget their names so I don't know how they manage it with all the kids there).
The only constructive feedback I would give, which is quite unique to our situation, is that on rare occasions when there seems to be a lot of parents picking up we won't get told what he has done during the day. As our little boy is non-verbal he can't tell us and the updates on the app are more aimed at the class as a whole. But, most of the time we do get a good hand over and it's obvious how much the staff care.
4/5 for facilities purely because of the lack of parking at times which is being addressed
4/5 for IT for the app (not the nurseries fault)

My child started Early Learners Sutton in September 2022. He has a medical condition that requires meds several times a day which the staff have taken on board and complied with. Some members of staff have made me comfortable enough to talk to extremely openly. Establishing good relationships has helped
communication to discuss any concerns comfortably. The Manager and her team have all been key in ensuring that my child enjoys their session. My only constructive feedback would be that I would have hoped there to have been more focus on writing prior to starting school. I can only observe that as many children are at different levels in the same class this can be quite challenging.
