Kids Planet Blackpool was fully refurbished in 2018 and carefully designed to provide an excellent standard of care and education for children aged from 3 months to 5 years. They are nestled in a gorgeous old Vicarage on the main route into Blackpool and very close to the beach.

The nursery employs highly qualified, experienced staff who provide an excellent standard of care and education who genuinely care about children. They will work closely with you to ensure they look after your child and plan exciting learning opportunities. The staff team work very hard to inspire babies and children to explore and discover and develop a love of learning. The nursery is a place where children make friendships that last forever.

My son has been with this nursery since he was 6 months old. It's been just over a year now and he still adores coming to the nursery. The connection he has with the staff in the baby room has been brilliant and I can see that the staff have put in the time to form strong bonds with the children in
their care. My son has had no problems settling in and enjoys his time at nursery. There is a wide variety of foods which are put on offer to the children and the nursery do a great job at following routines that have been put in place at home.
More resources have been bought for the children also which has been great to see!
There has been a couple of staff leave (my son's first key worker) and also a couple of changes in management. However, this has been managed excellently by the team at Kids Planet with little disruption to the children.
I have recommended this nursery to a couple of friends who also have young children.

My daughter started last month, she loves it! I've seen a massive improvement in her speech. I've never seen her so happy to go somewhere. As a covid baby, she hasn't had much interaction with other children, only relatives, but she went straight into nursery without any whinging. She loves that place
and I highly recommend it!

The food appears to be OK, however my child does come home and go straight to the fridge for more food.
On the topic of value for money, in comparison to other nurseries it seems satisfactory however the cost is astronomical. The highest childcare costs in the world!
Management, no idea who they
are anymore.
Staff are friendly on arrival and always know what your child has done during the day however I still feel a certain level of disconnect post covid.

I'm very happy with the care my child gets given. The staff are all very welcoming and professional in what they do. My child loves going to nursery and she's built up relationships with the other children and staff which is lovely to see. Overall I would definitely rate this nursery for any parent

Both my sons have attended this nursery and for both times all staff have been nothing but amazing with both children, the space and needs they meet for the children are so amazing! I highly recommend this nursery to anyone needing to find somewhere for a child. The rooms/food and activities the children
do daily is cute to hear about and see via pictures you take, thank you for all the hard work everyone puts into the children that walk through those doors.

Absolutely amazing with the children they look after! They treat them all equally regardless of if the child has additional needs or not, but they go above and beyond. They do an outstanding job not just for the children they care for, but the parents of the child too! Wouldn’t trust my child at any
other nursery, my child has been at this nursery since the baby room and is now 4 and due to leave! The staff are outstanding and I cannot thank them enough for the help/advice and childcare they’ve given my child! All of the staff are amazing, along with everyone else that works there!

I've had two children attend Kids Planet so far and one starting in September. The nursery is a friendly and welcoming place and the staff are incredible very friendly and always very helpful. My daughter really loves going there and is always happy when greeted at the door. I've recommended the nursery
to friends and family as in my opinion it's the best nursery around.

The nursery have been amazing for my two children, they have come on leaps since starting and the staff have done brilliantly considering covid restrictions, all updates have been efficient and the safety of the children has been their main priority! Not only have they bonded with my children they’ve
all supported me personally and always listened and took the time to listen to me and the children! They have some excellent caring staff and they really love the children like their own.
I’ll be very, very sad to leave the nursery in September as my daughter starts school but they will be forever in our minds and hearts! Out of the 3 nurseries my children have attended this is without a doubt the best! They are well looked after, I get updates daily and the paperwork side is efficient and straightforward. The nursery manager is exceptional and friendly 10/10!

My now 19 months old son started nursery in September, due to me returning to school. I found it very hard to part with him, he is a mama's boy, very clingy and a very fussy eater.
Luckily, Kids Planet is 2 minutes away, offers various meals my son enjoys or explores, I can see all the happy pictures
of him doing different activities l, and most importantly, he has lots and lots of one on one interaction, as he needs lots of cuddles, affection and head strokes to sleep. I am happy with the nursery and staff.

Our child loves coming to nursery, she is greeted warmly by staff and communication from her key worker is informative and helpful. I am content in the knowledge that our child is well cared for during her time at nursery and is encouraged to try different activities and eats healthy, nutritious food
for her breakfast and lunch. Her development has come on leaps and bounds since attending nursery and I cannot thank her key worker and all the staff enough. I highly recommend this nursery to anyone I know who is looking for a warm and nurturing childcare provider.

Such a wonderful nursery! Our little girl started in the baby room and we saw such an amazing leap in her development from the very beginning. My daughter goes to this nursery on an afternoon in the baby room. She loves it, the staff are so friendly and the management are so nice. They are so understanding about stuff. I feel my child is safe as they have safety locks on the doors and password protected.

Happy Tots is an amazing nursery. Since my 2-year-old started he has really come on a lot and learning so much. Every morning he goes in so happy to arrive there which is a great comfort. They are attentive with the children and very explanatory eg regarding what they have eaten for their dinner, any
naps they have had, etc. All the staff are lovely and it’s nice to have a quick chat with them while dropping off/picking up my son whether it be a quick hello or a chat about my son's personal development. To me, my son is obviously very comfortable with them also. I would happily recommend this nursery to anyone. Great staff and lovely fun atmosphere for my son to be around and that leaves one relaxed mum.

My daughter has been going here since she was 2 and she has loved it. She has great connections with the staff. Loves coming to nursery enjoys trying all different foods. I have never had an issue or fault with the nursery or staff. My daughter had a few worries of being hurt by other boys, I spoke
to the staff and they resolved it immediately. They are the best nursery in my opinion. Lovely staff, clean place, fantastic with the children. Great through Covid too. Top nursery and absolutely top staff.
