Cher's journey in childcare and education spans nearly 30 years, marked by a commitment to excellence and a passion for empowering others.

Drawing from her extensive experience working directly with children, she understands the challenges faced by staff members and takes pride in supporting and mentoring them to excel in their roles. Cher is deeply committed to continuous learning and has invested time in researching both new and established theories to enhance children's learning experiences. She recognises the value of a highly trained workforce and the confidence it instils in educators when working with children.

Cher's qualifications reflect her dedication to excellence in early years education. She holds a qualification in the Management of Quality Standards in Children's Services, a Foundation Degree in Early Years with merit, and a First-Class Honours Degree in Education.

Karen’s journey in childcare began in 1988 when a poignant image of a young boy holding a gun in war-torn Sudan sparked a profound realization within her. While she couldn't change the circumstances there, she knew she could make a difference in children's lives here in the UK.

Holding a NNEB diploma she dedicated eight years to working as an early year’s educator, honing her skills, and nurturing young minds. She transitioned into management roles, serving as an Early Years Manager in various public sector nurseries. This period saw her achieving outstanding and good Ofsted ratings.

Her commitment to excellence led her to pursue further education, acquiring certifications in TAQA training and 'train the trainer' courses.

Karen’s career as an Early Years Trainer has taken her across the globe, from China to Dubai and Switzerland. Immersed in diverse pedagogical approaches, she developed a passion for sharing theoretical knowledge with fellow educators.

Throughout her 35-year journey, her conviction remains steadfast: children's early experiences and relationships lay the groundwork for a fulfilling and successful life.

Meet April, our incredible Office and Employee Relations Manager who joined our team in 2019. With years of experience in office management and admin, she keeps things running smoothly across both our Sydenham and Telegraph Hill Nurseries.

Meet Jodie, our dedicated Deputy Manager at BeBright Bunnies. With her years of experience as an Early Years Educator, she has been instrumental in creating nurturing environments for children to thrive. Passionate about providing the best start in life, she is a true advocate for their growth and development.

From leading our Baby Room in 2016 to being promoted to Third in Charge in 2023, Ellie's passion for nurturing young minds shines through.

Meet Victoria, our Senior Early Years Practitioner at BeBright Bunnies Lower Sydenham! With a Level 3 qualification and expertise in leading our Preschool room, she is dedicated to providing top-quality care and education.

Meet Natasha, a dedicated member of our team here at BeBright Bunnies! Natasha achieved her Level 3 Childcare qualification in 2025, and she absolutely loves witnessing the growth and development of each and every child in our care. Her passion and commitment shine through in all she does!

In 2021, Shauna embarked on her journey with BeBright Bunnies and has now proudly completed her Level 2 childcare qualification. Shauna's passion for working with children, particularly Toddlers, shines through in everything she does.
