With 30 years of experience in childcare and education, Cher is passionate about supporting both children and educators to thrive. Drawing on her extensive experience, she is dedicated to mentoring staff, promoting high-quality practice, and creating enriching learning experiences for every child. Cher holds a Foundation Degree in Early Years, a First-Class Honours Degree in Education, and a qualification in the Management of Quality Standards in Children's Services.

Karen has worked in early years education since 1988, inspired by a passion to make a positive difference in children's lives. Beginning her career as an Early Years Educator, she went on to lead nurseries to Outstanding and Good Ofsted ratings before becoming an Early Years Trainer. With over 35 years of experience, Karen remains dedicated to giving every child the very best start in life.

April joined the BeBright Bunnies team in 2019 as our Office & Employee Relations Manager. With extensive experience in office management and administration, she plays a key role in keeping everything running smoothly across both our Sydenham and Telegraph Hill nurseries.

Jodie is our dedicated Nursery Manager at BeBright Bunnies. Bringing many years of experience in early years education. She is passionate about creating a warm, nurturing environment where every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to learn. Committed to giving children the very best start in life, Jodie is a strong advocate for their growth, development, and wellbeing.

Ellie is our dedicated Deputy Manager, committed to creating a nurturing, and inspiring environment where every child can thrive. Ellie is passionate about helping every child reach their full potential and ensuring they receive the very best start in life.

With a Level 3 qualification and a wealth of experience, she supports children and colleagues across all of our rooms, helping to maintain the highest standards of care and education. Victoria is passionate about creating positive learning experiences and ensuring every child feels happy, supported, and encouraged to thrive.

Shauna joined the BeBright Bunnies team in 2021 and has since successfully achieved her Level 2 qualification in Early Years. She has a real passion for working with children and brings warmth, enthusiasm, and care to everything she does. Shauna is dedicated to creating a fun, nurturing environment where every child can learn, grow, and flourish.

Stephen joined the BeBright Bunnies team in 2016 and is a dedicated Early Years Practitioner with a Level 6 qualification. Passionate about early childhood education, he brings creativity, enthusiasm, and a wealth of experience to our Toddler room. Stephen is committed to creating engaging learning experiences that help every child grow in confidence and reach their full potential.

Cheryl is our dedicated Toddler Room Leader and proudly achieved her Level 3 Early Years qualification in 2026. She is passionate about supporting young children through this important stage of their development, creating a warm, engaging, and nurturing environment where they feel safe, confident, and inspired to learn. Cheryl leads her team with enthusiasm and is committed to providing the highest quality care and learning experiences for every child.

Sarah is a valued member of our Toddler Room team! Currently working towards her Level 3 Early Years qualification, she is passionate about supporting children's learning and development. With her caring nature, enthusiasm, and dedication, Sarah helps create a warm, nurturing environment where every child feels happy, safe, and encouraged to thrive.

Anjali is a dedicated Early Years Practitioner with a Level 6 qualification, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to our Preschool room. She is passionate about supporting children's learning through engaging, play-based experiences that inspire curiosity, creativity, and confidence.

Amirah joined BeBright Bunnies in 2025 and is a valued member of our Baby Room team. She brings a calm, caring presence to the nursery and enjoys supporting our youngest children as they explore, learn, and reach new milestones. Amirah is dedicated to building positive relationships with children and their families, helping each child feel happy, settled, and confident every day.

Rayanne is a valued member of our Baby Room team and is currently working towards her Level 2 Early Years qualification. She has a caring and positive approach, supporting our youngest children as they learn, grow, and develop through their early experiences. Rayanne is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where every child feels safe, loved, and encouraged to flourish.

Alma is our SEN Support Practitioner. She is passionate about creating an inclusive and nurturing environment where children feel valued, supported, and confident. Through her compassion and dedication, Alma makes a positive difference to the lives of the children and families she supports every day.

Francesca is a dedicated member of our team who is passionate about supporting every child's individual learning and development. With her warm approach, Francesca makes every child feel valued, supported, and confident.

Gracie is a valued member of our Baby Room team and is currently working towards her Level 2 Early Years qualification. She has a caring and enthusiastic approach, supporting our youngest children as they explore, learn, and develop through their early experiences.
