Our son has been incredibly happy at BeBright. We moved him there from another nursery and didn't look back. The joy went up a notch, and the outdoors play area is superior. Thanks so much for the amazing care.

My son has been at the nursery since he was 9 months and is now 2.5. He's made close bonds with the staff and other children and loves playing with the guinea pig and rabbit. In the spring/ summer they seem to be outside as much as possible. We're really happy with the nursery

Both our children have attended Be Bright and so we have known them for 7 years now. We've been delighted with the nursery. The staff are friendly and fun and take great care of the children. The outside space is great and loads of room for free play plus they have rabbits, guinea pigs and various other
animals. The setting across from the park is also a bonus as it means they can go on easy trips there as a group. But most importantly both our children have been very happy there.

My daughter started at BeBright in April 2022. We had moved into the area and my daughter found the move to a new nursery challenging. The staff have been so supportive and lovely with her, supporting her through the transition and being incredibly flexible in their approach to make sure she has felt
comfortable. I really can't thank them enough for this as it has made the move so much easier.
The nursery has a great set-up and I love that all the children and all the staff spend time in the garden together. It's a lot of children but it's great that the children get to experience being in large groups from an early age.

We are very pleased with the nursery. Our child is really happy there and the staff are so caring. They make a big effort to keep things fun and educational. They are also very flexible in terms of days and times for attendance, which is a big help when working.

Our eldest daughter started at the nursery in January 2018 when she was 13 months old, and our youngest daughter is still there, having started when she was just 9 months old. Therefore we have had experience of the nursery for coming up to 5 years now and at all stages from baby room to preschool.
It is a lovely environment with plenty of space - but most importantly, the kids are happy. Even if we have a tricky drop off, I know that the staff will quickly settle my daughter and make sure that she enjoys her day. They will work with you on any areas of concern (most recently a defiant toddler not wanting her nap) and the staff are easily contactable through the day. The management team are extremely committed to the nursery. Therefore whilst - inevitably - over several years, members of staff have come and gone, recruitment is given a key focus so that the quality of any new staff is always extremely high.

I have had two children attend bebrightbunnies dating back to 2016 to currently. I'm really happy with the level of care the children get and ethos around learning and play. The staff are all amazing and my children have been really happy here. The outside space at the Telegraph Hill branch is huge
and the children are encouraged to play outside often, getting dirty isn't an issue. I genuinely couldn't be happier with their care.

I have two children currently attending BeBright and we could not speak higher of it. The nursery staff are just fantastic, they care so much about the children and really see them as individuals. It has the feel of a real community, great communication with parents and all the staff know the children
(and not just those in "their" room). There is a welcome emphasis on time outside as well as the brilliant and popular nursery pets. My younger son has been with them since he was seven months old, and while I was nervous about how such a little baby would get on at nursery I needn't have been, he settled immediately and they have done a really fantastic job looking after him and helping him through developmental milestones like weaning. We feel so lucky to have found BeBright and don't hesitate to recommend it.

BeBright is a wonderful nursery with caring and attentive staff who go above and beyond for all children. Their outdoor space is exceptional, they have a large garden with ducks and a variety of different play equipment to engage children of all ages. We were recommended BeBright by a family friend
whose eldest was in pre-school at the time, having attended since he was a baby, and I'm so happy we followed the recommendation. I love being able to see how our son is getting on throughout the day via the app, along with receiving photos and progression reports; it's also a really quick way to get in touch with staff.
I feel very lucky we were able to find such a brilliant nursery for our son.

The love and care the staff have for the children whilst maintaining a professional relationship with both children and parents alike is astonishing! It’s a safe, clean and calm environment for children. My child has major separation anxiety and doesn’t like to meet new people. It took her two days
to attach to three different staff members. She adores being there. Communication between staff and parents is well established using via face to face or the amazing app call Famly! I’ve received daily updates with pictures and a few assessments of my child. They are kind and patient with me as I like to know when she has settled! My daughter particularly likes the bunnies, guinea pigs and ducks who live on-site! Cannot recommend this childcare setting highly enough! They are unbelievably incredible.

Lovely nursery with great staff. My daughter has a wonderful time, adores the staff, and has made many friends. The nursery provides lots of different activities to keep her interested and stimulated - crafts, outdoor sports, animals and nature and visiting musicians.

My daughter has been attending this nursery since she was 11 months old and she loves it! Alongside the usual nursery activities they regularly have animals there for the children to enjoy (as well as the resident bunnies!), recently they had butterflies and also had some ducklings which they hatched.
They have an app which is great for keeping up to date and you can see how they sleep, what they eat and they post pictures up which is a nice touch. The nursery itself has a lovely garden out the back with lots of toys, a mud kitchen etc which is great. The food is healthy and varied. Overall we've been really delighted with this nursery.

I am really pleased with the staff at the nursery, they are really caring and motivating. The family app is great and used as often as I need to by staff. The nursery (toddler room) maybe could have newer toys but overall I am very happy. The management team is good.

I have absolutely no regrets in enrolling my child at BeBright Bunnies. He has a lovely time there everyday, which is in large part due to the wonderful staff, who are all so professional, engaging and caring.
There is always a great selection of activities on offer and the pet rabbits are an added
bonus. When I first visited the nursery, I was pleasantly surprised by the garden, which has been improved further in the time since then. I particularly appreciate how willing the management are to listen to feedback and take on board parents' suggestions. Overall, I only have positive things to say about BeBright Bunnies and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to other families.

My eldest daughter has attended BeBright Bunnies Telegraph Hill for almost two years, and my youngest for just over one. Both are extremely happy at this lovely, caring setting. They've had very consistent high-quality care, with the same lovely key workers looking after them. Communication with parents
is fantastic - there is an app reporting details like eating and nappy changes, while staff are brilliant at letting you know how they are progressing developmentally and suggesting things to work on at home. Meals are healthy and have allowed both girls to try things I wouldn't have thought to offer them at home. There is a good outdoor space which is used in all weather. The management team are approachable and friendly.

Current Review Score: 8.3 (8.336)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 8.3 (8.336) out of 10 for BeBright Bunnies Telegraph Hill is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 4.7 out of 5 from 3 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 3.7 out of 5 from 3 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.657 for BeBright Bunnies Telegraph Hill is calculated as follows: ( (23 Excellents x 5) + (12 Goods x 4) ) ÷ 35 Ratings = 4.657
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 3.679 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for BeBright Bunnies Telegraph Hill is based on 3 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 10 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, and then 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews and then 0.1 Points for the next five Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.100, 7th = 0.100, 8th = 0.100, 9th = 0.100, 10th = 0.100) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 = 3.25
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 35 number of registered child places is 7. 3 Positive Reviews ÷ 7 = 0.429
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
