Zoe's Childcare Dallas Street

My little girl took a long time to settle in to Zoe's Childcare Dallas Street but through this all staff were very supportive and now she loves coming and doesn't want to come home. Always good feedback at home time and she loves the dinners always have two helpings.

My son started at Zoe's Childcare in September. He was struggling with communication. Since starting at Zoe's his overall development has progressed. The staff being nice and caring and they really care about the children and work with the parents. They also are very friendly and informative about your child's day. I recommend this nursery with all my heart. As a mum with previous bad experience with another nursery, Zoe's is the best one with high standards.

My daughter was with Zoe's Childcare for school pick-up and after-school club and she absolutely loves it there! The staff are very friendly and approachable and the facilities are clean and excellent. Since she has been at Zoe's I have seen an exceptional amount of progress in her learning. I can tell they nurture her creative interest as she tells me all about her activities there and she loves it! I am regularly given updates on her progress and what she has had to eat whilst she is there, she is always so happy when I come and pick her up and she wants to stay. I really cannot recommend this nursery enough; the staff have been absolutely amazing, all of them really! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

We are very grateful to the manager and the great staff for helping us with everything, talking much better, making friends, learning to count, exploring new things, and loving storytime. We will miss you so much. I will recommend with huge pleasure for many kids to enjoy your lovely space.

My son began his nursery journey aged 2 years, and 2 months old and in the space of six months, the progress he's made, is amazing! Right from our initial meeting, where we discussed settling-in sessions, we were made to feel very welcome and it's clear to see that all the staff think very highly of my son. They all compliment him on how well he speaks and the use of his manners, which, as a parent, means a lot, particularly when it's your first child and you're just trying your best! I cannot recommend the place highly enough.

My child has settled in very well and loves the nursery. This is all because of the wonderful staff and care that is given to the children. The girls in the room are great. I am very grateful to all the staff and all the activities and learning. There is good communication, I do really like verbal feedback at the end of every day. We are very happy that we have chosen this nursery.

My little boy started in February this year and needed setting in sessions, the manager and her team made us both feel welcome. It didn’t take too long before he shuts the door behind him without a second look at me. My boy has beautiful relationships with all staff but he has one particular worker I think he loves and it shows when she’s there greeting him at the door. There is a variety of hot dinners provided some of which my boy will only eat there and not a home. All workers inform me of how his day has been and what he has been doing. The decision to send my child there was made so much easier once I met the manager and her team. They are so warm, trustworthy and understanding.

Zoe’s has been a great setting for both my boys. The team accommodates my children’s care needs, from previously collecting my son from his school setting and encouraging his slightly fussy eating habits, to trying a well rounded healthy meal, to now being somewhere he looks forward to going in the school holidays, to see all the team there which he has a great bond with. My youngest loves his weekly session and it’s such a comfort to leave him in such a happy place. Zoe's is very flexible if extra sessions need to be booked last minute which is so helpful! Thank you to all the team for all you do!

All three of my girls have been to Zoe's. My youngest is still there. Absolutely brilliant bunch of workers. Very friendly and informative about what the children have been doing etc. Brilliant cooked healthy meals. All my girls have and are loving it. Wouldn't trust anyone else but these guys! Love it! I appreciate how much effort and time they put into making my child's day fun and enjoyable. So thank you to the team at Zoe's.

Would definitely recommend. Both of my sons attended Zoe's childcare for around 7-years until my eldest recently started secondary school. The staff have always been great and shown genuine care for my boys. I was able to work full-time without worry, knowing that they were taken good care of. When the boys started school, their assistance with the school pick-ups and drop-offs was a godsend. It was sad that they had to say goodbye to the girls over the summer, but they will never forget their time at Zoe's and some of the friends they made. Thank you.

My daughter absolutely adores going to nursery at Zoe's Childcare. The staff are kind, caring and comforting. I have no worries once I've dropped her off which is a lovely feeling. Would 100% recommend!

It is a very well run nursery and the staff are great. My child has come on leaps and bounds with their help. There is always lots of things for the kids to do. My child loved the meals. It is very clean and always very welcoming and would give a 10/10.

Fantastic nursery couldn't ask for better staff, my lad loves it and my new addition will also be attending when he's old enough. I wouldn't send them anywhere else.

Wouldn't trust my children with anyone else. My eldest has been with Zoe's Childcare for 8 years and my youngest has been for a year. All the girls are lovely and show a genuine care for my kids, which is reassuring. It feels like it's more than just a job to them all, which as a parent is all you can wish for. The range of activities they do with the children is vast, and seeing my toddler grinning when I pick him up is everything.
