Overall Experience
Our son has been in the manager's care since he was 6 months old. The manager and her whole team are absolutely outstanding. The level of care, development and love he receives is second to none and he is essentially a part of their family and the manager is a part of ours. His speech and general development have progressed extremely rapidly; largely as a result of his time with the manager and the team.
Before we selected the nursery, we viewed over a dozen local nurseries and it wasn’t until we found this manager that we felt comfortable with the idea of leaving him in childcare. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending her and her team. They’ve genuinely created a nursery environment which is home-from-home, truly unique and gives outstanding care for all of their children.

As our son approaches school in September our hearts are somewhat heavy in the sense that we will all miss the manager and her team so much, but at the same time so grateful for the start she has given him.

Overall Experience

Childcare at The Laurels has been the very best childcare that we have had for any of our 3 girls. Of specific note is the teams exceptional handling of our toddler recently when she was unwell. They all acted promptly, appropriately and with love. This is basically the icing on the cake as the setting is outstanding in every respect. Our daughter gets to enjoy the love, attention and freedom of childminding, whilst also benefitting from planned activities, new experiences and lots of stimulating toys, children and games.

Overall Experience
The team embraced my exclusively fed by breast daughter and not only had her napping by the second day but going down without milk. I pick her up happy, fed and rested. It's amazingly smooth as I settle back into work.
They also look after my 3 and a half year olf and friends always comment on his language, imagination and friendliness.

I couldn't imagine my children anywhere else. Fantastic team.
