Kids Planet Chester

Kids planet is a brilliant nursery, the activities and events that the tots do is excellent and far exceeds expectations. We get regular updates with pictures showing the fun they are having. Really nice to see and our tot loves it here. The staff are brilliant and nothing is too much trouble. It's nice to have such a wonderful place for our daughter.

Absolutely delighted with the care both our children receive at Kids Planet. Such caring staff who put huge effort into making our children feel welcomed and safe at nursery. They put huge effort into activities both indoors and outdoors. Couldn't be happier with having chosen this nursery for my two. Thank you so much!

Very happy with the nursery, our daughter took a little while to settle in but now loves it and goes in and comes home smiling and happy each day! Staff are all awesome and caring. One thing I'd comment on is that updates can be a bit inconsistent e.g we're sometimes not told how much she has eaten at each meal or drank in terms of milk intake which would be helpful when planning the evening meals/snacks when she gets home and for general info. Otherwise no concerns and we're looking forward to the summer months and hopefully more outdoor play when the weather gets better!

Lots of activities for the children as well as nature exploring.

A lovely nursery through and through. From the moment we joined, it was clear that this is a warm, nurturing, and exceptionally well-run setting. The staff are truly wonderful - consistently kind, caring, and attentive. The nursery is so well-resourced, providing essentials such as nappies, wipes, creams, Calpol and water cups, which adds a great level of convenience. The meals offered are nutritious, well-balanced, and freshly prepared, ensuring that children receive a healthy diet throughout the day. The nursery itself is spacious with four separate rooms tailored to different age groups. Our child is currently in baby room where they have their own sensory room. They also go out regularly in the outdoor area or in the pram.

Overall, we have had a fantastic experience so far and couldn't recommend it enough.

Our baby has just started and already loves it. I was expecting tears but I just get smiles. He gets well fed and there are loads of activities during the day for babies. The staff are really attentive and I feel they love our baby- it isn't just a job!

Its a creative, fun environment but the areas it does lack in I think is due to there being too many children and not enough staff in some of the rooms to give the care I would hope for. I think the amount of children they have in one room can be overwhelming for some of the children.

They are a great bunch that work hard.

My eldest went to another nursery and we wish we knew about kids planet Chester sooner, heads and shoulders above the rest.

We love all the aspects of the nursery and we highly recommend it.

Cannot speak highly enough of Kids Planet. Always warm and welcoming; always professional, always seem to know what they are doing. They have a huge variety of toys and activities as well as indoor and outdoor areas, walks to the forest and games, and our boy never fails to have a great time. He learns from them as well. They post frequently on the app, keeping us updated with photos and information about special days, trips and so on. Finally at the end they really celebrate the children as they go off to school.

As with everything in the current climate the cost is a lot but you can't put a price on peace of mind.

Our son has been at Kids Planet Chester since he was just 9 months old, and now he's about to graduate from preschool - we couldn't be more grateful for the incredible start they've given him.

From day one, the staff have been nothing short of amazing...so caring, nurturing, and genuinely invested in every child. We've never had a single issue in all the years he's been there, which is a true testament to the professionalism and warmth of the whole team. You honestly couldn't meet a nicer, more dedicated group of people.

The nursery provides a well-rounded experience, trips, outdoor play, and opportunities for learning and development. Our son has grown in confidence, independence, and kindness , and we truly believe Kids Planet has played a huge role in this. Both my children enjoy their time at nursery and enjoy the variety of play and learning and socialising with other children.

We love this nursery. The staff are amazing, kind, and extremely capable. The new facilities are engaging for our toddler, and the place always looks clean and welcoming. They've created a great atmosphere, and our child is happy to go in every morning. Would not dream of sending her anywhere else actually.

I highly recommend this nursery.

The nursery is amazing, my child runs through the door every morning and never wants to leave, she thrives in every room and the staff are just incredible. The app is great as it updates you throughout the day and getting the pictures is great.

I’ve had a child at Kids Planet Chester for 5 years and I wouldn’t have my kids anywhere else. The staff are incredible. The facilities are amazing and they do so much with the little ones. I trust them all implicitly to take care of my son, as they did with my eldest, and always do the best for him which is all I can ask for.
