They are amazing, so caring, and have played an important role in helping our grow into the happy and confident little boy he is today. He made wonderful friends, learned so much, was always excited to go in each morning, and never wanted to leave at the end of the day.

Our child has attended Little Bears for 3 years and they have been amazing. They helped grow and developed our shy and anxious little baby turn into a confident little girl ready to take on reception soon. The staff have been great and my child has always looked forward to her days at nursery. She refers to the staff as her friends and always talks so fondly of them. They always show great kindness and passion for looking after children in their care and any issues or concerns are always addressed quickly and professionally by management.
Despite the limited space they have, the nursery certainly make good use of it and the children always seem happy there.

My daughter had separation anxiety to the extent that I could not even leave her to play with her dad, while I cooked in the kitchen. She was stuck to me 24/7. So picking the right nursery was quite stressful for me. But from the word go, the team at Elephant Central were simply outstanding. I cannot thank them enough for their care and support while she settled in. Their ethos, attention to detail, flexibility, cleanliness and high quality are commendable. As a mother I feel assured that my daughter is receiving the best care I could possibly arrange for her, and she has settled in beautifully. She especially loves her key person who takes care of her so well and the sweet little activities that they do together.
They have a beautiful garden that the kids play in daily and they teach with a hands on approach. I love the energy each member brings to the team and will highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking for the best care for their child.

5 Stars - Wonderful Nursery Experience Little Bears Nursery has been amazing for our daughter. From the start, we were impressed by the warm, welcoming atmosphere and the team's incredible attention to detail. The staff are truly caring, professional, and dedicated to every child's wellbeing and development. Safeguarding is clearly a top priority, and the activities are both fun and educational. The nutritious meals are a big hit, and the facilities are clean, bright, and thoughtfully designed to support learning and play.
A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for the care and effort you put into settling our daughter in so gently. Your kindness and support made all the difference-we're so grateful to have found such a nurturing environment.

Having previously attended another nursery for roughly two weeks before pulling him out, Little Bear's was a welcome breath of fresh air. The settling-in period was great and flexible. Staff were caring and attentive. The staffing numbers were also always appropriate and the managers would be hands-on with the kids, knowing their names and their personalities almost to a T.
I would 100% choose Little Bears again if I needed a nursery.

Our little girl has been going to Little Bear's in Elephant Central for nearly a year now and is absolutely loving it. She has so much fun, both with the kids and staff. Her development has been nourished amazingly at Little Bear's through many games and activities. She has so much fun going that she often mentions all her friends' names including the staff on the weekends. In the morning she is often collecting her shoes and jacket impatiently to go back to nursery, which I think is the biggest testament to all the great work Little Bear's is doing. We, as parents, have great interactions with the staff, who often ask about our daughter's current interests and life events outside of nursery to connect with her on a deeper level. I found choosing a nursery for our daughter to attend daunting but I am so happy that we picked Little Bear's.

Here's an even more concise version of my review:- I paid a £200 deposit and a £60 holding fee for my son's enrollment at Little Bear's Nursery. After two days, I decided not to proceed due to concerns about the management team's lack of professionalism and positive energy. Before enrolling, I was assured that the £200 deposit would be refundable upon my son's departure. However, when I chose to withdraw, the nursery refused to refund the deposit, citing their policy. Upon reviewing it, I found that the policy only mentioned non-refundability for a full month's deposit and didn't explicitly cover this situation. Despite the initial assurances, the nursery did not honour the refund. Speaking with other parents, it seems this is not an isolated issue, which raises concerns about the nursery's transparency and ethics.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend Little Bear Nursery. Trust and clear communication are essential, and unfortunately, this was not my experience here.

My son started attending nursery in October 2023, I have to confirm that my little one has made a lot of progress in his social skills and he's learning new and exciting things every day. The Little Bear's nursery objects are extraordinary.
I love the app because it lets me know what my son has been doing. The teachers are friendly, caring, extremely and very helpful. They even went so far as to help me with my son's application with the choice of school due to his speech delay. The support they give my boy is immense. I have worked in childcare for six years in a variety of roles. Caring for and supporting children has always been my passion, particularly within the early years sector. I aim to provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every child feels confident and comfortable playing, learning, and developing the skills they need for the future.
