We have used this nursery since the day it opened and can't praise them enough. The management are amazing and always on hand to chat to and discuss our children. We have used this nursery since the day it opened and can't praise them enough. The management are amazing and always on hand to chat to and discuss our children. Staff are all welcoming and friendly and ready with a smile. There is current and up to date information available at all times via the online portal. Freshly made nutritious dinners are available daily and facilities are always clean and tidy. There is no better nursery locally in our opinion.

My son has been going since September 2019, I can’t fault them at all, my son absolutely loves going here, he is always so happy. Always a friendly welcome, and I feel completely at ease leaving my son in their hands. Highly recommend.

Overall Experience
We've used Felicity's for over a year, for our two daughters. Through all that time the staff have been extremely helpful, especially with our eldest, who's a real dynamo and tends not to listen when you talk. The nursery has helped us contact Nursery Plus, and devise a plan to deal with her...
We've used Felicity's for over a year, for our two daughters. Through all that time the staff have been extremely helpful, especially with our eldest, who's a real dynamo and tends not to listen when you talk. The nursery has helped us contact Nursery Plus, and devise a plan to deal with her behaviour in a constructive way. I'm very grateful for that, they've been excellent.
