and we are always well informed of changes, upcoming events. Throughout the recent pandemic, the nursery has been very open and honest. They have communicated regularly even when closed and continued to provide suggestions of activities we could do at home that didn't require any extra money spending. When the nursery reopened they managed things brilliantly and even though things were very different for everyone they managed to make it all calm and relaxed meaning the children settled back in very quickly. I recommend this nursery to everyone who asks about childcare and cannot fault it.

The staff are always friendly, happy to answer questions and ask if we've had a nice weekend. We are also informed about how well our child is developing with reviews, etc.
We love the stay and play events that are offered and all the other extras.
She is developing well with all the opportunities provided.
I feel safe, comfortable and confident leaving my child here on a daily basis and know that she's had a good day when she comes home.

They kindly upload reassuring photos via the app daily so that despite leaving her in tears I can see that she is happy and playing with other children during the day. Her keyworker regularly updates us on how her learning and development have progressed and often I can't believe how much she has taken in from the amazing stimulating environment they create. We chose the nursery itself as it stood out amongst others being purpose-built for a children's daycare - it's clean, has a great chef with a varied meal plan and spacious outdoor areas for all ages - not forgetting the lovely soft play which our daughter loves.

There always seems to be lots for her to do and I love that she gets to go to soft play most days for her physical development. Our daughter has developed a lot since starting OUAT and we notice lots of things that we haven't taught her such as words and nursery rhymes. I have recommended this nursery to all my friends with babies.

A key help is the food being provided, it really helps us as parents through the week as the on-site chef does a great job of providing nutritious meals (it's 1 less thing you need to worry about!) I would highly recommend speaking to the manager and the team if you are looking for world-class childcare. We have personally recommended the nursery to 3 of our friends all of whom now send their little ones to the nursery.

In the short time our daughter has attended we believe the staff have really got a good understanding of her personality and character and have planned some fantastic activities for her - so much so that some days she hasn’t wanted to come home!

We already have our baby signed up to join in a few months.

The nursery’s decision to use an app to keep parents updated with their child’s progress is convenient and user-friendly and means you don’t have to ask lots of questions at home time.

from day one of them opening and have never experienced any issues! I would say this is clearly because every member of staff is every inch professional and they know their stuff! It’s always an added bonus having a brand new shiny nursery but the constant upkeep and 5star treatment they give every child individually is great teamwork!

The setting itself is amazing, facilities are second to none and all of the rooms are outstanding in terms of resources and even down to the way they cater to things like naps with the lights.

The app makes such a difference to the experience and we love getting regular updates about her day!

Can't recommend it highly enough, will be so sad when it's time for her to go to school! Moving her was the best decision we ever made.

We love that there is an onsite chef as our wee 'un has a milk allergy (and because we all love food!). When we got married the staff went out of their way to do wedding stories with our daughter and had her make us a card. I kind of wish she could stay there forever and not have to go to school! Our little one calls her carers her big friends and comes home full of happiness and energy. We didn't send her to nursery until she was 20 months. We weren't sure about putting her in childcare, but she really does love it and she's gained so much confidence. Much recommended and won't break the bank!

The food is also pretty amazing! Loads of wholesome freshly cooked food with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. I often wish I were able to stay for lunch as it smells delicious.
We are so glad we found OUATD and feel very happy that our son is being well looked after whilst we are at work, which is so important when you are leaving your little ones somewhere all day.

secure, the soft play and outside spaces are great. The food is great and amazingly included - I don’t know of another nursery that includes nappies/wipes/food/baby milk. We’ll be sending our 6m daughter here later this year too. Well done guys on such a smooth start up.
