Staff are very welcoming and friendly enabling you to feel like your child will be in safe hands. The app used for parents to track the day is beneficial, allows you to check in on your child. It's up to date, and I get regular updates. Also, when I pick up my child, I get a rundown on the day. My child
seems to have settled in well and is learning new things through messy play. We have set actions for the next few weeks which is good for development.

Both my kids have gone since they were one. My firstborn started when it was first opening, and I have seen it improve greatly and become a nursery to be proud of.
My kids love every moment, and the staff have excelled, in my opinion, at their job. They not only teach the children, but they get to
know them and their parents making, it a more personal experience.
Highly recommend.

Sherwood Green Nursery is an amazing place. I'm very satisfied with the care, support and the programme. My son has made a lot of progress. Teachers are very helpful, kind and committed to their hob. I'll recommend this nursery to everyone.

This nursery is an absolute gem. Tucked away and half a mile away from our house, we really couldn't have asked for anything else for our daughter. It's the only nursery we visited and we really couldn't believe our luck. Our daughter started playing on our first visit. She took to the environment like
a duck to water. The staff and management are so friendly and accommodating. My daughter has been there for six months now and they always put her needs first. Each time I go to collect her the quality of feedback I get at handover is outstanding. The staff will be fully aware of what she has been doing all day or for half the day, with what she has eaten and when her nappy was changed. I'm always impressed by the level of detail they give me. So far in the six months of being there, she has been part of so many celebrations, Christmas, Diwali, Chinese new year, Milaad, Valentines and Mother's Day, just to name a few. The app for parents is also outstanding.

As a mother I am very happy with the nursery and my son gets up in the morning and cannot wait to go. The teachers are very nice. My partner and I are very pleased and we know our son is well looked after. Thank you very much.

My foster daughter has been at Sherwood Green since September 2020. I have never had a problem with anyone there. My daughter loves going, and she wants to go on a weekend, and I've never had a problem with her there. They do lots of different activities for every event that happens and includes every
child. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Safety is their main priority. The play area outside could do with being a bit bigger, but the children love it and manage.

My both grandchildren attending Sherwood Green Nursery. Both love to come every day and explore new activities. The nursery is very well resourced, there is a lot to do for children, like messy play, phonics classes, lots of physical activities and outdoor play. They made such great progress since they
started nursery. They were very fussy eaters when they started, but now they love the healthy food provided at the nursery. They love all the events that Sherwood Green provides like Halloween Party, Valentines Party, Christmas Party etc. The staff at Sherwood Green are really professional, very helpful, they keep you up to date with the progress that the children make. I can't prise this nursery enough. Thank you so much to all the team that make my grandchildren extremely happy every day!

About Emilia:
Emilia Olkowska brings a wealth of expertise to her role as Nursery Director at Sherwood Green. With a Level 3 qualification in Childcare and ongoing studies towards a Level 5 in Leadership and Management for the Children and Young People’s Workforce, Emilia is dedicated to staying at the forefront of early childhood education.


Experience and Qualifications:
Emilia's journey in childcare is marked by a rich tapestry of experience. Having worked with children across all age groups and in various capacities within nursery settings, Emilia possesses a deep understanding of the developmental needs and nuances of each child.


Her commitment to excellence is evident through her completion of numerous courses, including Advanced Safeguarding for Designated Safeguarding Leads, First Aid, Leadership and Management, and Health and Safety. Emilia's comprehensive skill set ensures that she provides the highest standard of care and education to every child entrusted to Sherwood Green Nursery.


Passions and Aspirations:
Beyond her professional endeavours, Emilia finds fulfilment in caring for her two cherished boys and exploring the wonders of the world through travel.
