Sherwood Green Nursery

The management is very understanding and caring towards parents, and my son gets the best care and level of education. He comes home happy every day and talks about what he’s learnt in the nursery and his key worker. They regularly invest in resources and events and activities and keep my little one engaged. I get regular updates on the nursery app on my phone, and I have peace of mind for him to attend here. I have recommended this nursery to all my colleagues, friends and family and whoever else has joined absolutely loves it too.

Attending Sherwood Green has certainly enhanced my children's development. I have seen my both children reach milestones from being there, very talkative, bright and growing in confidence. Overall, absolutely fantastic nursery.

Again this is a fantastic nursery. Super supportive in every way. Encourages both my children to understand healthy foods and drinks. Both children have developed tremendously in regards to learning and progressing in their speech and understanding. The nursery is great within their activities ie country of the week/month, cultures, animals and allows children to explore in detail, I highly recommend this nursery to every parent. Their care and focus on young early years is incredible, and I will be sad when the boys have to leave for reception.

Staff are very welcoming and friendly enabling you to feel like your child will be in safe hands. The app used for parents to track the day is beneficial, allows you to check in on your child. It's up to date, and I get regular updates. Also, when I pick up my child, I get a rundown on the day. My child seems to have settled in well and is learning new things through messy play. We have set actions for the next few weeks which is good for development.

Sherwood Green Nursery is an amazing place. I'm very satisfied with the care, support and the programme. My son has made a lot of progress. Teachers are very helpful, kind and committed to their hob. I'll recommend this nursery to everyone.

This nursery is an absolute gem. Tucked away and half a mile away from our house, we really couldn't have asked for anything else for our daughter. It's the only nursery we visited and we really couldn't believe our luck. Our daughter started playing on our first visit. She took to the environment like a duck to water. The staff and management are so friendly and accommodating. My daughter has been there for six months now and they always put her needs first. Each time I go to collect her the quality of feedback I get at handover is outstanding. The staff will be fully aware of what she has been doing all day or for half the day, with what she has eaten and when her nappy was changed. I'm always impressed by the level of detail they give me. So far in the six months of being there, she has been part of so many celebrations, Christmas, Diwali, Chinese new year, Milaad, Valentines and Mother's Day, just to name a few. The app for parents is also outstanding.

As a mother I am very happy with the nursery and my son gets up in the morning and cannot wait to go. The teachers are very nice. My partner and I are very pleased and we know our son is well looked after. Thank you very much.

My foster daughter has been at Sherwood Green since September 2020. I have never had a problem with anyone there. My daughter loves going, and she wants to go on a weekend, and I've never had a problem with her there. They do lots of different activities for every event that happens and includes every child. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Safety is their main priority. The play area outside could do with being a bit bigger, but the children love it and manage.

My both grandchildren attending Sherwood Green Nursery. Both love to come every day and explore new activities. The nursery is very well resourced, there is a lot to do for children, like messy play, phonics classes, lots of physical activities and outdoor play. They made such great progress since they started nursery. They were very fussy eaters when they started, but now they love the healthy food provided at the nursery. They love all the events that Sherwood Green provides like Halloween Party, Valentines Party, Christmas Party etc. The staff at Sherwood Green are really professional, very helpful, they keep you up to date with the progress that the children make. I can't prise this nursery enough. Thank you so much to all the team that make my grandchildren extremely happy every day!
