Tick Tock Playgroup

I still do not know some areas that are needed to be scored in this review but this is just my way of saying I am happy my daughter is here.

The staff so far have been amazing. I really do wish for tick tock Nursery to thrive even more :)

Tick Tock Nursery provided a fun, kind, and welcoming environment for my child to play in daily! The staff are all so friendly and provide great communication on my child's progress. I loved the fact that learning through play was a big focus here as children get the chance to be creative and learn in a style that suited them. Thanks for all of your support!

It is my daughter's first time going to play group. I was worried at the beginning. But she settled down very quickly, she loves going there, absolutely enjoys herself in Tick tock. The staff are so nice and friendly. They are very good with children. Highly recommended.

I wouldn't want my daughter to go anywhere else!

I would recommend Tick Tock to other parents.

I've taken both my sons to this nursery. My eldest has SEN and Tick Tock got him all the help he needed and got him ready for school. I will be forever grateful. My youngest is there now and getting the same care and attention. The staff are approachable and focused on the safety and care of each child. Any issues are normally resolved quickly with no problems.

Both of my children have attended Tick Tock and loved their time there. All the staff are welcoming, friendly and supportive, they would keep me well informed of what my children had been up to that day both on the parent app and when I would speak to them in person. They will come home each day full of stories of fun things they have been up to and are always excited to go back the next day. Tick Tock offers so much flexibility with extended opening hours which worked around my working hours as well as operating holiday clubs which both my children have attended and loved. Can't thank all the staff enough for giving both my children a wonderful start to their lives, they have learnt vital skills there and have gained so much confidence both socially and academically.

I would highly recommend Tick Tock to parents looking for childcare.

10/10 nursery and 10/10 staff as they are always quick to reply to any queries, and I know my son is happy and safe there!

We are extremely pleased with Tick Tock Playgroup. My two children are always very pleased to go into settings the staff are always very pleasant and helpful. All staff work very hard to provide a welcoming, fun and challenging environment for my child, both inside and outside. The provision of a hot lunch is great for my little one as well as my older child being able to take in a packed lunch ( which he loves). My son started with speech difficulties and since attending Tick Tock has improved dramatically. They are very good at reporting areas of concern and suggesting how we can support them at home and what they have put in place in the setting to support them. I'm very pleased to have found Tick Tock.

My son enjoys a lot in nursery. He has learned many things like sharing, tidying up, rhymes, drawing etc. All the staff are friendly and communicative. Initially, my son was not interested in going to the nursery but the understanding and welcoming nature of the staff made him feel better soon after he started going.

On the whole, I'm very happy my son has settled in so well thanks to the staff.

We are extremely pleased with Tick Tock Playgroup. There is great communication regarding events and my child's progress. All staff work very hard to provide a welcoming, fun and challenging environment for my child, both inside and outside. It is clear that good care is paramount to all staff and my child's individual needs and interests are well catered for at all times. The provision of a hot lunch is excellent for my child and supports me, as a working mum. My child loves attending and always talks at home about her friends - children and staff, which shows me how excellent the provision is for them.

Both of our daughters have been to Tick Tock, the youngest is still there. The level of care has been outstanding. They have always left nursery in a happy mood and talk fondly of their time there. The staff are super friendly and have a close bond with our daughters. Our eldest is picked up from school and brought back to the nursery for the after-school club, which has been a life saver.

My Children are happy when I drop them off and pick them up. The staff are friendly and approachable. There’s good communication and regular meetings with key workers. I feel my children are safe and well looked after. I have given satisfactory for some areas as I’m not sure and haven’t seen the provision in place.

Our daughter has developed and grown there since March making new friends. Lovely staff members and very supportive. There's good facilities and a good outside space for children to play. Highly recommended.

Lovely staff members. Good facilities. Our daughter has grown in confidence in the last two weeks, meeting new people. Any questions I’ve asked the staff have been supportive. I look forward to how our daughter develops and grows there over the next year.

Tick Tock staff have always been professional and supportive of our son and any concerns we've had over his behaviour. They've worked with us and given great advice when needed. They work closely with the school to ensure easy transition when the time comes and our son is very happy there, we will all miss tick tock when he does go to school. I have no hesitation in recommending tick tock as a wonderful place for parents to send their children.
