Little Malties Day Care takes 16 girls aged 2-3 years all-year round with duration of care provided according to need, be that half-day, school day or extended day. Earliest arrival is 7.30am and latest pick us 6.30pm.
The child-centred education follows the seven areas of learning: communication and language; physical development; personal, social and emotional development; literacy; mathematics; understanding the world; expressive arts and design. We have an individualised approach to learning where all girls take part in a mixture of adult-led and child-led activities. This enables the girls to progress and develop at their own pace.
Nursery takes 48 girls aged 3-4 years during term time for either morning, school day or extended day. Earliest arrival is 7.30am and latest pick up is 5.45pm. The curriculum is broad and balanced, which enables the girls to establish a solid foundation of knowledge, understanding and social skills upon which they can build throughout their lives.
A wide variety of activities are provided to suit all abilities, enabling the girls to work towards: personal, social and emotional development; communication and language; physical development; literacy; mathematics; an understanding of the world; and expressive arts and design.
All girls are fully integrated with the rest of the school and make use of the incredible facilities including a 25-metre indoor swimming pool (specialist teachers), Forest School, 2 gymnasiums (specialist teachers), playgrounds, sports fields, music rooms (specialist teachers) and interactive whiteboards.

By Rail: The nearest mainline station is Gerrards Cross, which is only a 5 minute taxi journey away, and has regular service connections to London Marylebone and the south east.
By Road: Maltman's Green School is conveniently situated in the centre of Gerrards Cross close to the M40 and M25, making Maltman's Green School easily accessible via the United Kingdom motorway network.
From the M40: Leave the motorway at Junction 2 and at the roundabout join the A355 (signposted Beaconsfield). Travel to the next roundabout and turn right onto the A40, London Road. Continue for just under 3 miles and then turn left onto Bulstrode Way and immediately left again onto Bull Lane. Travel for half a mile and then turn left into Maltmans Lane. The road bears round to the right and then you will see the entrance to the School car park on your left.
From the M25: Leave the motorway at Junction 16 and join the M40 east (signposted London). Leave the M40, almost immediately, at Junction 1 and at the roundabout turn left onto the A40, Oxford Road (signposted Gerrards Cross). Continue on the A40 for 2.5 miles (travelling back over the M25) and then turn right onto Bulstrode Way and immediately left onto Bull Lane. Travel for half a mile and then turn left into Maltmans Lane. The road bears round to the right and then you will see the entrance to the School car park immediately on your left.
From Central London and the East: Take the A40 west, leaving at Junction 1, Denham, before the road becomes the M40. Follow through a series of roundabouts beneath the flyover to re-join the A40, Oxford Road (signposted Gerrards Cross and Beaconsfield). Continue on the A40 for 2.5 miles and then turn right into Bulstrode Way and immediately left onto Bull Lane . Travel for half a mile and then turn left into Maltmans Lane. The road bears round to the right and then you will see the entrance to the School car park immediately on your left.
From the North: Head for Amersham and on entering the town join the A413 following signs for Gerrards Cross. Once on the A413 travel for approximately 6 miles and on entering Gerrards Cross turn right at the second roundabout onto the B416, Kingsway (signposted Town Centre). Turn right after 60O metres into Austenwood Lane and then turn left into Bull Lane. The road bends to the left and the right, then, at the second bend to the left, take the turning on the right into Maltmans Lane. The entrance to the School car park will he seen after 500 metres on the right-hand side.
On Arrival: Visitors are requested to report immediately to Main Reception upon arrival. Car parking is available for visitors only, at the front of the School.
Prospective parents are very welcome to attend one of their Open Day events. They run a series of events throughout the year which will give you a real feel for the school. During your visit you will be given a tour around the School and also have the opportunity to meet current pupils and staff.
There is no need to book a place for an Open Morning, however, do feel free to contact them if you would like more information.
