Bizzkidz Ashford is a small independent nursery group in Surrey that specialises in nurturing children 3 months to 5 years old. Our mission is to strive to make each day at the nursery full of fun, wonder, challenge, opportunity, and growth. We provide a place by creating environments that nurture curiosity and encourage a lifelong love of discovery and exploration, supporting everyone to become happy, confident, capable, and resilient learners.

Hello, I am Mohini. I began my career at Bizzkidz Nursery as an apprentice, eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in supporting children’s development. Through dedication, hard work, and a genuine passion for early years education, I successfully achieved my Level 3 qualification. This progression has allowed me to grow both personally and professionally, taking on greater responsibilities within the nursery. Now, as a Deputy Manager, I am proud to lead by example—supporting my team, ensuring high standards of care, and creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive. My journey from apprentice to Deputy Manager reflects my commitment to continuous learning and my drive to make a positive impact in the lives of children and their families.

I am a dedicated level 3 child care practitioner who is passionate about supporting children’s growth and development. I take pride in creating a safe, nurturing environment where children feel valued and encouraged to explore, learn, and express themselves. My role allows me to guide their social, emotional, and creative development while helping them build confidence and independence. I enjoy working closely with families to understand each child’s unique needs and to provide consistent support. With patience, empathy, and enthusiasm, I strive to make a positive difference in every child’s early learning journey.

I am a nursery apprentice who is eager to learn and grow within the early years sector. I enjoy supporting children in their daily routines, helping them feel safe, cared for, and encouraged to explore new experiences. Through my apprenticeship, I am developing practical skills in planning activities, promoting learning through play, and building positive relationships with both children and families. I bring enthusiasm, patience, and a willingness to learn from experienced practitioners, while contributing my own creativity and energy to the nursery environment.
