Bright Horizons Gogarburn (RBS) Nursery

Our daughter started at RBS aged 2 in the Bluebells room just over a year ago and all the girls working there have been so great. She was quite hesitant at first but with the consistent warmth and encouragement from the staff she absolutely loves her two days a week there and is excited to go in and see her friends and the key workers. We have seen our daughter come on with her confidence and general capability this past year and I now feel so reassured that we chose RBS.

I can only recommend this nursery. My daughter has been here since just after she turned 1 and from the moment she started it was clear how well cared for she was. It made us feel at ease having to leave her. She has good relationships with the staff, she was always happy on drop off and pick up. She loves all the crafts and activities the staff provide and we appreciate all the outdoor time they get. We've always felt the staff genuinely care & will be sad to leave the nursery when it's time to move on.

Our child has attended Bright Horizons Gogarburn for 2 years, through baby to toddler to preschool rooms. We've had a really positive experience across all rooms. Our child loves the meals served and the activities, and they've developed & learned a lot during their time in the nursery. The staff are excellent, in each room there are several staff members our child has bonded with, and we feel they really care about the children. The staff turnover is low, and the management are friendly & helpful. Having previously attended a different nursery, our experience with Bright Horizons is far superior and we'd recommend Gogarburn.

My daughter has settled in great and is always happy when I pick her up. They have also been great with her weaning journey, which has made me feel confident when leaving her. Highly recommend.

My son started the nursery in January this year and it has been a very positive experience so far. It’s a shame that I can’t mention names but a few of the staff (mainly all of them in the baby room) have been outstanding and I have found it very comforting and supportive. I was dreading my baby first starting nursery and it has been much easier because of the staff. The nursery is a very open environment and most of the staff are friendly and chatty, which is what a parent wants. The staff in the baby room have been spot on with helping with my child’s eating and sleeping, listening to our thoughts at home but also leading with their own thoughts and initiatives. The office are good at communicating which has not always been the case in the past. Thank you all

Really lovely nursery. It’s easy to see how much the staff care for the children at the nursery. Facilities are great with clean, tidy indoor space and plenty of activities to keep the children entertained. Garden areas also really nice and good for the different ages to mix at times.

Our son attends this nursery once a week. He’s done this since December 2019. He looks forward to it every week, the staff are fantastic. They focus on ensuring he’s included, even though it’s once a week and he always has a great time. The outdoor space is fantastic and I have full trust he’s well cared for. Interactions with staff are always positive and I always feel connected to what he’s been up to. Highly recommend.

Our little one has been at nursery since she was 9.5 months old. In that time, we have seen a really positive transition, in line with her movement through the different rooms and age groups. The environment is most simply put, one where we entrust her care and wellbeing entirely. She almost without exception returns to us smiling and excited to share her experiences and arts and crafts with us, reflective of the attention to her development the nursery affords her. She in turn trusts her carers too and has developed special relationships with her key workers. We honestly could not recommend this nursery highly enough.

My little boy attends the nursery here. He is in the baby room just now. The staff are all so lovely and made me feel really comfortable about returning to work and having him there. The staff are really great at giving updates, when we pick him up and the app is a great tool, so we can see what he’s been doing whilst there.

Fabulous setting for children to grow and develop. The staff are amazing! Both my daughters have attended this nursery and made lasting bonds with the staff. Covid has been a real challenge, but I’ve been able to leave my youngest, knowing she’s in great hands and loves her routine at nursery.
