There are loads of nurseries around my house and this nursery is about 20mins drive from my house. The reason why I chose to go further than the nearest one because this nursery I have personally visited and spent about a week with my kid for the settling hours. It is so nice and clean, very hygienic.
Staffs are very welcoming, cooperative, feel like your kid is very much safe to leave with. Whenever my kid is coming out of nursery she is having a smile on her face always. And she is always very much excited about going to nursery and I have super faith in them and trust them. I highly recommend this nursery.

Our 2 children started at Rising Stars in February. Unfortunately, they were only able to attend for a few weeks before we had to self isolate. However, in that time it was made very clear how amazing Rising Stars is. The staff are all very caring, kind, energetic and engaging. Our children were very
happy with their carers. My son found settling difficult but we were never concerned that he wasn't being comforted and supported in becoming more settled. Over the lockdown, we were kept in regular communication with the management and staff from the nursery. They sent us videos and activity ideas which was especially helpful for the children. When the children recently returned to nursery the staff were again wonderful in ensuring the children's return was as easy as possible. My children run into nursery in the morning and never want to leave when they get picked up! They have both made progress and ultimately are happy and safe. The manager is amazing and her staff are fantastic.

I am extremely happy with the care that Rising Stars Romford provides for my daughter, who has been attending the nursery for almost 2.5 years now. She loves going to this nursery, she goes into the setting well and always comes out with a smile. I enjoy reading the feedback sheet to find out what fun
activities they have been doing and what food she has had that day. The staff are all amazing, and it almost feels like leaving my daughter with family, they know her so well, are very supportive, and I couldn't feel more comfortable leaving her there. My 2nd child will also be going to this nursery next year, I wouldn't even consider looking elsewhere now.
I love the layout of the rooms, it is much less closed in than other nurseries I have been to and bright and fresh. The garden is also a lovely space.
I am also very impressed with how they have managed things during the current circumstances with COVID.
Thank you Rising Stars

My son has been going to Rising Stars Romford for the last 2-years and the only times he has left without a smile on his face were due to him not wanting to leave! There is a caring feel to the place, and I feel confident his needs for his age are being met, in both his social and intellectual development.

My child loves attending Rising Stars Romford! The staff are all very friendly and trustworthy. There is good, regular communication and I receive feedback after every session. My child’s development has progressed in leaps and bounds since first attending the nursery. She takes part in a variety of
different stimulating activities every day. I am very happy with the level of care the nursery provides.

My little one seems very happy here and has developed well since starting. He always arrives and leaves with a smile on his face which is important to me. There seems to be a wide range of well thought out activities that the children are engaged in, and so it is not a case of just keeping them quiet!
I feel satisfied that my little one is getting enough stimulation here, and the staff seem lovely.

I am extremely happy with the way they take care of our daughter. My daughter is so excited to go to nursery and it’s just because of the carers who are so so friendly and caring. The whole team is friendly and really good with it. They do provide you with a proper report of our daughter's daily activities
which is easy for us to keep a track on it. I will definitely recommend to anyone.

Our daughter has just recently returned after the COVID-19 break. The nursery has done a lot of preparations for welcoming the children back. I am very happy with the care and attention our daughter gets in the nursery, she managed to settle in very quickly. She enjoys the activities and likes going
to the nursery.

The nursery is big and also the garden has two sections, one is covered which allows kids to play even during cold and wet conditions. Although the ratings were not great at the end of the day my son is very happy to go to his nursery. I have seen many nurseries where the place was small with so many
kids that moving around fully wasn't the case. This nursery is a huge place with fewer kids and great staff. They have helped my son in learning many things and building his self-confidence. Highly Recommend.

Every morning upon arriving, my child runs into the settling, saying good morning to all staff and children. My child is treated so well by staff members like he is their own. I feel safe and settled leaving my child in the hands of these amazing women and trust them deeply looking after my child. The
information I receive on collecting him and the positive feedback I receive on a daily basis is great. This is the 3rd nursery I have taken my son to and I am extremely happy and satisfied with my choice for bringing him here, as well as his development growing greater every day. He is coming home telling me what he has learnt and excited to go back the next day.

My children are always excited about nursery. It’s like a second home! Warm, nurturing and welcoming.
They are treated with love and compassion. I feel safe leaving them in their hands. Always full of beans when I see them playing with their friends.
Open to new ideas and suggestions. I feel comfortable
enough to approach. Nothing is too much of an ask or big of a job. Management take feedback on board, changes are quick and effective. Activities are purposeful, attractive and fun. Displays colourful, engaging, informative and keep me informed with my children’s learning. Enabling me to further support and scaffold learning home.
They take onboard children’s interests. Aware that my youngest son has a love for Dinosaurs. They created A Dinosaur World and activities. This helped my son settle quickly. The team are enthusiastic.
When collecting the children, I hear stories about the interesting things they’ve learnt or said. Next steps are told verbally and on Tapestry when achieved. Would highly recommend!

In Rising Stars Romford, they approach children with love and patience. I have a 3-year-old son and in his first week at school, he was crying so much. He was insistently refusing the rules and the routines; he wasn't eating anything at school. Just in 2 months, I can not imagine the progress he made.
Now he starts singing and dancing early in the morning when I say that he is going to school. He is happy while spending time in Rising Stars Romford. They've been always patient and understanding to him and thanks to everyone, he is so happy at school and at home.

Current Review Score: 9.2 (9.229)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 9.2 (9.229) out of 10 for Rising Stars Romford is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 5.0 out of 5 from 7 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 4.3 out of 5 from 7 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.964 for Rising Stars Romford is calculated as follows: ( (81 Excellents x 5) + (3 Goods x 4) ) ÷ 84 Ratings = 4.964
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 4.265 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Rising Stars Romford is based on 7 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 10 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, and then 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews and then 0.1 Points for the next five Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.100, 7th = 0.100, 8th = 0.100, 9th = 0.100, 10th = 0.100) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.1 + 0.1 = 3.7
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 62 number of registered child places is 12.4. 7 Positive Reviews ÷ 12.4 = 0.565
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.

My favourite countries to visit were Malaysia due to the diversity of flavours in their cuisine.
