Kids Planet Lawley

We have had an amazing experience with this nursery. My son has been in the baby room since he was just 4 months old, and from the very beginning the care, attention, and love he has received have been exceptional.

We are extremely grateful to the whole team and couldn't recommend this nursery highly enough to any parent looking for a caring and supportive environment

My daughter is very happy to come into nursery. The staff are very friendly and supportive, the children love them and feel safe with them. Through interaction and experiences, her speech has improved so much and her confidence is so strong. She has friends and feel included.

The staff in the rooms are amazing, we had my daughter there from toddlers and now my son is there and they both thrived. They love the staff and are always so happy when we collect them. Thank you guys!

Great nursery, both my sons loved it here. Always a variety of things to do and lots of trips out to the park or places of interest for them and lots of outdoor play , The staff are lovely and always very welcoming.

The nursery is very good. It's clearly a slick operation. We've can always speak to someone about the children and the care is great. We chose the nursery originally because we lived right by it. We don't live by the nursery anymore, but we wanted to carry on using it for our second child because of how good they were with our first.

I feel that I can talk to someone when needed and that i will be listened to.

My son has grown as a person, his speech has come along since he joined, staff are friendly and know my son well, he has no problem being dropped off and enjoys his days at the nursery. My son has many friends and has good interactions with other children.

I am really pleased with Kids Planet Lawley. My child is currently in the tots room and they are all very friendly and warm. We get lots of great updates through the day which I love to see and get a nice overview at pick up of how things have been. Though nervous, my child does seem happy there and sometimes doesn't seem ready to leave at the end of the day. I'm very grateful to the whole team. We've always had a good experience

My daughter started this nursery in September 2024 when she was 18 months old. She is now 2 years old and she has come along so much. She comes home every time saying new words and with more understanding. The staff in tots 1 have been amazing and you can tell how much they care. My daughter is always happy to come to nursery and you can see how much she gets along with the staff, she gravitates to them straight away. I would highly recommend this nursery.

The staff are just amazing. My little one started less than a year ago and it is her favourite place to be. Everyone is so friendly and you can just tell how much they really care for every child in their care. I can't thank them enough for looking after my little girl. Knowing how happy she is there is the best feeling. Thank you

My son attends nursery at Kids Planet Lawley and is in the Rising 3's room. He really enjoys attending nursery and is excited to come in and see his friends and the staff. The staff throughout the whole nursery are extremely dedicated and put a lot of time into getting to know the children and their individual needs. I feel safe leaving my child in the care of this nursery. I am impressed with the outdoor area and they are spacious and full of resources. My son is served balanced meals and snacks throughout the day which he says he enjoys.

My son has been attending this nursery for just over 6 months and he is thriving. The staff are absolutely amazing and I could not be happier that my little boy is in such a caring environment. Thank you to all the staff who go out of their way to provide amazing care.

There are some exceptional staff at Kids Plane, Lawley who have been there since our kids both started nursery at 8 months old, they have watched and supported their development and we are privileged to have them as part of our kid's journeys.

Since Kids Planet has taken over the overall experience has been awful. My daughter started in February 2023 and the staff within the Babies and Tots room are fantastic. However, the management and running of the nursery is not up to standard. The lack of communication from management is poor. In November, the boiler broke and this was not communicated to parents. I arrived for drop off on the 27th November and found children wearing their outdoor coats, eating breakfast. The staff within the room said they had asked the manager to communicate the boiler issue to parents. She did not contact parents until the following morning. The boiler was broken for a full week with no further updates other than a 13.47% fee increase. Blow heaters that seemed unsafe were used. The car park was slippery and not gritted. The manager said it was not her responsibility to ensure the car park and outside space were safe to walk on! I reported to Ofsted who found they were not meeting requirements.

My children have both attended Lawley Village since they were seven months old. They are cared for, taught life skills and most importantly they are loved. The staff are friendly and instantly put you at ease every time you leave your child there and they are very easy to talk to about issues or worries.
