She had the best year in the toddler room. Thank you to the staff who have supported her through her journey there.

This nursery was and still is our favourite for many reasons: tidy and clean building and rooms, variety of toys and play areas, sweet staff, very responsive to any feedback, varied and healthy food, and great feedback from our little one every day.

Outstanding nursery and the staff are amazing and so friendly. It is a joy taking my son here he has so much fun, they are always busy doing stuff with the children, and they always update me on his progress, my son loves it in tots. Would highly recommend this nursery.

We started coming to nursery in September and they have made me as a parent feel so at ease with my son going there. They are always so informative about his day and keep me updated throughout the day with the app.

Couldn't fault the food with a mix of dishes and they also set out a range of learning and play activities every day.

I cannot fault Kids Planet Swinton, my 9-month-old daughter absolutely loves it there. I was so nervous sending her to nursery so young but she's thriving and enjoys every minute and that's all down to the staff. They're all so friendly and even the staff from other areas of the business know her name and take the time to say hello or goodbye. My daughter has specific dietary requirements and they are always so accommodating. She has such a varied diet despite being so limited. We're always bringing home something she's made or seeing activity updates on the app, it's no wonder she loves it there. I would recommend this nursery to everyone.

Absolutely love this nursery, my little girl has been attending since she was about 9 months old, and I cannot fault the staff at all, they are all so friendly and welcoming. I love the fact that they do all sorts of activities. Even bringing in the parents/carers for stay-and-play days. I love the updates that we get on the parent app, and it's in distance from our home.

My son has been attending the baby room at this nursery for a few months now. We have been really happy with the care so far. Staff and the environment are warm and welcoming and my little boy gets really excited when he sees the building. The nursery is all-inclusive so nappies, formula and wipes are all provided so there's no need to worry about forgetting to pack these.

My child has a disability, and already having had experience of this nursery knew she would be in good hands, which has proven to be the case. I find the staff very friendly and always willing to go out on a limb to help in any way. I am also singularly impressed by the facilities, learning experience, cleanliness and all round care. 10/10.

All staff give my child lots of love and care and are always introducing new experiences for my child to do and learn from. The handovers are detailed and my child is happy to go to nursery, showing me what a good time he has on a daily basis. The staff are there to offer me advice and help whenever I ask and have lots of information that other parents can help themselves to, there is a swap shop and a food bank which has been helpful for me and what seems like lots of other parents.

Thanks so much to all the staff my little boy had a lovely week settling into the baby room and I know he is going to be so happy there making new friends and making memories! We can’t wait to come back.

My child is having a tough time settling into nursery life. The staff have been amazing in trying lots of different things to try and make him happy and more content, including a special teddy that is his to take to and from nursery with a picture book to update. They are really loving and cuddly with the children and do lots of different activities and themed weeks with them.

Brilliant nursery, the staff are very friendly and welcoming towards both parents and the children. We went to the baby stay and play and the sensory room looked amazing, lots of different things for baby to play with and explore.

My son has attended Kids Planet Swinton for over a year now and, besides the inevitable runny nose, it has been great. I have built a great relationship with the nursery and apparently the food is good enough for second servings, which my son tends to enjoy. The staff are very professional and caring and I can't fault their wonderful efforts in making every day special for my son. We look forward to the months and years ahead and are assured by the quality of care our boy receives.

Well, there are so many things that are positive that I want to say about this place. It is such an amazing nursery, very secure as well as polite, loving and caring staff. My little boy goes here three days a week and it's the best one around, I wouldn't choose any other. If you're not happy with something the staff are immediately onto it. I always get a lovely warm welcome off the new manager, the deputy manager and the staff when we arrive. I just want to say thank you for all the things you do for my little boy, day in and day out, making sure he's fed, changed, doing different activities each day and also making sure he is feeling safe in the environment. Thank you.

Overall I have been happy with the nursery. My son has been attending for past 18 months and transitioned through several rooms. Concerns have been raised on a few occasions but every time they have been handled very well. We have been listened to as his parents and extra measures put in place. There is a variety of activities and the variety of food is fantastic! All staff members know him and interact with our son well.

My daughter has attended Kids Planet now for 6 months and has made great bonds with both staff and children. She absolutely loves coming to nursery and gets excited when we drive into the car park. I have seen a massive difference in her development and we couldn't be happier. The staff are all lovely and I know she receives the best care.
