Enfys Hapus Nursery

It’s early days for us at Enfys Hapus. We are just at the end of our first month. They have been super friendly and are never too busy to have a chat. They are very flexible and have helped us out on a few occasions too. The girls have been really great with our son, helping him to settle in quickly. The staff have been very caring and really good.

My little girl has been going to Enfys since she was 11 months old. She is three now and she still loves it. I have always found them accommodating to our needs, ensuring my little girl has lots of fun. Through COVID they remained open and put measures in place to make sure everyone was safe. Now she has started nursery they provide her with wrap-around care which I think has helped my little girl adjust to a new setting as she feels safe in their care. I would recommend this nursery. Keep up the good work all.

My daughter has been at the nursery for over a year and has loved it. It took no time at all to settle in and she got to know a few members of staff really well. They have been really good to deal with to organise her days as my daughter doesn't have regular days every week due to my work.

Her time there was suspended during the early Covid outbreak but since going back in early July 2020 she looks forward to going in in the mornings. The staff at the nursery are always welcoming in the mornings. She comes out giddy from the fun they've had and is out like a light at bedtime. Perfect day for tired parents!

We fell in love with Enfys Hapus since day 1! Our son settled unexpectedly well and is enjoying nursery so far. Staff are amazing, can't thank them enough. This nursery can accommodate each child individually, from diet requirements to a child's special needs. If you're looking for a feel like at home environment, it's definitely for you.

Excellent nursery - our girls always look forward to going and enjoy interacting with their key workers and the other staff (who we have always found to be friendly, helpful and genuinely interested in the wellbeing and development of our children).

Heard nothing but good things about this nursery and the staff. They are so helpful and supportive with the children individually at their own stages of development, helping each reach their milestones and support families with any concerns. Lots of amazing activities and a great yummy menu. The manager was extremely helpful with the show around and answered all questions we had. We were made to feel really at ease as a family, as a first-place into a nursery setting. We love it here. Thank you, ladies.

My grandchildren attend Enfys Hapus Nursery and I have nothing but praise. The managers and staff are lovely, always so kind and helpful. Nothing is too much and they have been amazing throughout Covid 19, keeping my daughter informed of the latest government guidelines and the procedures they have put in place for the children to return. I felt so much more relaxed about them going back to nursery. Enfys Hapus was actually one of not many nurseries to stay open throughout the pandemic to provide emergency childcare for NHS staff which I think is absolutely amazing. Both of my grandchildren are so happy when I drop them off. Our four-year-old is always so excited to tell us about her day and she learns so much. My 13 month old grandchild has come on leaps and bounds since she started at the nursery and she is so much more advanced as a result of her being at Enfys Hapus. Mealtimes are a treat with proper home cooked food and healthy snacks, meeting all dietary requirements.

There are a million and one good things about this nursery so I am not sure where to start... The staff are amazing and the management team are so friendly and welcoming. I moved my child to this nursery as there was a constant battle trying to leave my son at a previous nursery. He just broke his heart every day and I felt uncomfortable leaving him there. Another parent recommended Enfys Hapus so I went along for a viewing and to speak to the manager. The whole feel of the nursery was uplifting and I instantly felt comfortable and welcomed. My son has SEN and Enfys Hapus went out of their way to ensure they had additional sensory resources suitable for his individual needs. They also adapted their menu to cater to my son's allergies and nothing is too much. We enjoy the report we have at the end of the day and the best part is when we drop him off at the nursery, he no longer breaks his heart. In fact, he doesn't even look back - he runs to the door each morning.

Enfys Hapus is full of friendly, helpful staff. My children’s skills have developed massively since attending. I feel confident that I am leaving them in good hands. They love going to nursery. Thank you for all that you do for us.

Our daughters love their nursery - they get involved in a range of activities and the nursery environment is caring, fun and interactive. The rooms are all well laid out and as well as the nursery having its own outdoor spaces, there are park areas that are easily accessible too. I feel like the staff listen to parents and genuinely want to work together to provide the best care for children.

My son really enjoys being at Enfys Hapus Nursery and feels safe there. Although the management team has changed about 5 times in the 2 years my son has been attending, the staff who look after the children are very welcoming towards him and myself. The nursery is a ‘home from home’.

The staff are friendly, and the children adore them. They really take a vested interest in the children's development and wellbeing.

Lovely friendly and pleasant staff and nice facilities, food etc. Would highly recommend. My daughter has been very happy attending this nursery and I’ve had no worries or concerns at all. My thanks to all the staff.

My son has been going to Enfys Hapus since he was 3 both for wrap-around care and full days during school holidays. He settled in straight away and is now 5-years-old and still really enjoys the nursery and has made some great friends there. The staff are always very welcoming and keep him busy and entertained (no easy task!). I have found the nursery to be really flexible about our childcare requirements and a pleasure to deal with. They also have a few staff members who speak Welsh which is great for us as my son speaks Welsh fluently. I would definitely recommend Enfys Hapus to others.

My daughter has attended the nursery from 5-months-old, they were very accommodating in the beginning while I was still breastfeeding and only beginning to wean her onto bottles and solids. Now 11-months-old she is an independent and very social baby, we put this down to her early exposure to the kind staff and other babies in the nursery. Furthermore, she has loved being back post COVID, there have been no problems settling back in and I am content in the knowledge that she is safe there.

The managers and all the staff have been brilliant since my child started in nursery. We initially chose Enfys Hapus as they were accepting children of key workers and we are very glad we did and will definitely continue to send him here after the pandemic. My son is now very happy to be dropped off every morning and I love that we get a little report card at the end of each day.

Brilliant nursery my son has been attending since he was 9 months old and he loves all the staff at the nursery and has got a great bond with them all. Since he's been at the nursery he has learnt to clap hands wave bye alongside other things. When he sees members of staff he always has a smile on his face which makes me happy that he's settled and enjoys coming to Enfys Hapus.
