Although she is normally reserved and quite quiet, she is very confident and happy when she is at nursery which makes me very pleased to have chosen Tenderlinks as our childcare provider. Staff are very helpful and full of energy.

My daughter started in January 2019 after we moved to the area. Everyone has been incredibly kind and welcoming and her transition from her old nursery to Tenderlinks has been seamless. She's always happy to go and is in a great mood at pickup. The nursery staff really respond to what the children like - they get the opportunity to showcase their own personalities and this seems to be actively encouraged by staff. I have been really impressed and heartened at how confident my daughter is at nursery and how much she has been exposed to - from writing and space projects to hairdressing and mud kitchens. To the children, it seems informal but I can really see how much she's learning!

We couldn’t be more happy with Tenderlinks. We visited every nursery in the area and for us, it was a clear winner - mainly due to the caring staff, small number of children and outside space. The garden is huge with lots of different activities. The older children can free-flow between indoors and outdoors.

From the moment we signed up the management has been so efficient and organised and just lovely to deal with.

Tenderlinks use an app to log meals (what and how much), naps and nappy changes in real time. They also send a message each day with an update on what our son has been up to that day, or what kind of mood he is in. It’s lovely to log on at any time and see his “timeline” for the day (rather than having to wait until the end of the day).

Parking is also great making drop off and pick up a breeze!

The team at Tenderlinks have been helpful, caring and communicative since day one. I never worry about my little girl while she is there as I know that the team will tell me things as they are. I get regular updates through the day and I feel that the staff really know and care about my child.

The standout thing for me is how much the staff enjoy their jobs. They are clearly so passionate about caring for the little ones and I feel totally comfortable leaving my child with them. He's always doing fun things and enjoying new experiences.

The team/staff are second to none. They are approachable, knowledgeable and yet remain professional. The nursery has an amazing family vibe. They have catered for my daughter's dietary needs with no qualms! Who would have thought returning to work would be have been so nonchalant.

The nursery is in a lovely setting with easy parking. My 14-month-old experiences lots of fun activities every day as well as lots of outdoor play. The staff are extremely caring to her and the nursery has a very welcoming, family feel. I couldn't recommend it more!

The staff are very good at making children feel welcome. My son took about 3 weeks to fully settle but is now always happy to go in. He is always greeted with a big smile and gets told about all the exciting activities planned for the day. The family app is an excellent tool and is used well for communicating with parents. You get a report at the end of each session on what your child has done that day and it is hassle-free to pay the fees with a mix of childcare vouchers and bank transfers. Highly recommend it!

I feel as though the staff at the nursery have created an environment that is wonderful for playing and learning, also lovely outside space which staff and children use as often as possible. Great for children to get out in the fresh air. Excellent nursery school.

Tenderlinks has been a fantastic introduction to learning for my daughter since she began attending at 10 months old. The activities they carry out appear varied and fun and there is plenty of indoor and outdoor space to keep them entertained. The staff are friendly, honest and personable and give good regular updates about your child's development. I am pleased we chose to send our daughter to Tenderlinks.

It is an amazing place! I am very proud with how much my son was able to achieve in his last few months being at the Tenderlinks Day Nursery e.g walking, running - now climbing, talking, socialising with others, sharing, exploring the world around him. I am extremely happy and pleased with the Tenderlinks Day Nursery, Godalming. Staff is so loving, caring, experienced. Management team is always helpful. Our son have lots of opportunity to explore the outside play environment and have access to lots of different organised activities, outside and inside. I am a very proud mother and very happy with his achievements at the nursery.

I genuinely feel very lucky that Tenderlinks has opened in time for my 10-month-old daughter to start. The experienced staff have a real interest in caring for little ones. They seem to enjoy playing with them and helping them develop. The way they interact with the children is exactly how I would like my daughter to be treated. The nursery is relatively small and this seems ideal for young children. Phone calls and emails are responded to promptly and I get up to the minute information about when she naps, what she has eaten and nappy changes via an app. They don’t hesitate to call if there are any small concerns and are keen to take on board my preferences for my daughter’s care. To me, the nursery seems to have everything a little baby would need in terms of facilities, especially a generous outdoor area. However, I would say that while the nursery is under new ownership, the building has been a nursery before and so don’t expect a shiny new space, but don’t let that put you off!
