Naturally Learning Blackwater

Our son moved to Naturally Learning in June 2021 and our experiences have been amazing. The team are incredibly supportive, they really nurture the children's creativity and utilise the beautiful Cornish landscape for many of their trips.

Our son is happy, enjoys his days at pre-school and loves learning from the team.

Having the chef support the children to cook with him has sparked a real love of cooking at home for our son.

We will be really sad when he leaves to go to school in September!

Both of my children have attended Naturally Learning Forest School and it's exactly what I dreamed for them when we moved to Cornwall. They spend their days outside, learning in a stimulating, outdoor environment in which they are given both the space and the safe parameters within which to explore the world. I cannot recommend this place and these people enough. Oh, and the food is amazing.

Our little boy has been attending Lemon street nursery since he was 9-months-old and has been going for a year now. The staff have been incredible all the way through, from supporting us with his transition making sure it was as smooth and positive as possible, to encouraging his imagination and exploration each and every day. He comes home smiling every single time and is always so excited to go. He chases chickens in the garden, climbs the huge apple tree and balances on tyres, bakes cakes, eats like a king, forms special friendships and gets plenty of snuggles. All their learning and heuristic play is child-led, using natural and wooden toys and plenty of exploring outside and you can see how much the staff adore every single one of their children. Having gone to Kindergarten myself, and being a children’s occupational therapist, I can not rate this place highly enough. I’d like to add how incredible they’ve been during the pandemic, too. Absolute superstars!

Overall my experience of the nursery has been fantastic and one I would highly recommend.

This is a beautiful setting, extremely welcoming, with great child-led opportunities. The outdoor space and opportunities provided for outdoor learning is wonderful. The manager is extremely professional, friendly and approachable. The staff at Naturally Learning Lemon Street are caring, knowledgeable and take time to get to know you and your child. Effective communication is in place, ensuring individual needs are tailored to. Very positive experience, five stars!

My little girl has been at Lemon Street Naturally Learning for a month and already we know she loves her time there. With a range of resources to explore, great meals provided, as well as being kept up to date with everything on the app, it’s fantastic!

Our niece has attended the baby room since November and she has developed wonderful relationships with both staff and the children she engages with. I love the updates throughout the day and I know the nursery was chosen based on their fantastic reviews and their love of the outdoors. The menu is amazing and all locally sourced. The activities set are imaginative and inviting. I'd quite like to join in myself.

I highly recommend Naturally Learning. My granddaughter is so happy here and is absolutely thriving.

My granddaughter is only just 12 months old and goes one day a week, she is well looked after and loves interacting with other children and joining in with age-related activities. She especially enjoys playing in the large garden and visiting the chickens. There’s always something tasty on the menu and our key worker always has time to tell us how her day's been.

I would highly recommend this nursery. Excellent facilities and staff and my niece thoroughly enjoys herself. Always comes home smiling, happy and tired (which makes my life easier). She does so much, which at home we just wouldn’t have the facilities to do. Her learning has come on so much and she’s such a happier little girl and loves being around people. Which makes my life easier.

My daughter joined Lemon Street in December 2019. I was nervous to leave her whilst going back to work. But I’ve not looked back. I’m so glad my daughter attends Naturally Learning, from the staff, the garden area and the provisions that are available to her, it is outstanding. Such a lovely nursery! The staff are so lovely, really warm and welcoming. They use all-natural and environmentally friendly equipment. The children get to learn whilst having lots of fun, especially in their beautiful garden! Would highly recommend.

Naturally Learning Lemon Street is the best nursery I have come across. My daughter is continuously happy and settled. The care is the priority, the standard is so high, and the delivery of education is quality. Would highly recommend to all friends and family.

I absolutely love being updated with pictures from my granddaughters day at Lemon Street - she always looks so busy and happy, and I hear so much about her friends and educators. Our little one absolutely loves her food, and the menu certainly makes sure she’s kept healthy and full throughout her day. The teamwork incredibly hard and are always so approachable. I would highly recommend to anyone and thank the nursery for giving her the best start she could have.

The staff were so friendly and helpful to me, but you could also clearly see the kind, loving and supportive relationship they have with the children. The nursery had a very homely feel, and you can see how much the children enjoy being there.

A wonderful nursery full of character, the atmosphere is contagious, and there is such a community feel. The nursery offers exciting play opportunities and really listens to the children’s needs. A lovely nursery to be at.

The staff so kind, nurturing and patient. They take so much time and care in fostering strong relationships with the children and their families. They know our little boy very well and it is a great relief to us to know how well he is being looked after while he is there. Communication is great through the app. The manager is also excellent and has always been very accommodating and helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lemon Street.
